The gentleman who came to replace the windscreen was incredibly friendly and helpful. Explained things very well and was just thorough with the replacement.

Took my car to National Windscreens
Took my car to National Windscreens, at Forge Wood Industrial Estate in Crawley to replace the windscreen. The service was EXCELLENT and completed timeously. Can highly recommend.

Impossible to get hold of Crawley branch
I’ve been trying to get hold of the Crawley branch by phone for three weeks. No reply. They have a central office who aren’t being of any constructive help. I’m tied into national windscreens via my insurance company. I wish I could go to auto glass who are far superior

Had my windscreen replaced at home by Charlie a national windscreen technician.He was very polite & fitted the windscreen superbly, everything left clean & tidy.I would recommend this company should you require any repairs done.

A good experience only downfall was website for fitter eta
Started on time. Only complaint the website wasn't working so could not get eta of the fitters. Took less time to fit than they said. Foned us that it was ready to come back to collect.

Good communication
Good communication, helpful and professional. On dropping the car and keys off, agreed a time to collect and i was guided to a few options in walking distance for food and coffee.
