Problem with the rear cross traffic pedestrian
They fixed my screen and I still have problems. The rear cross traffic pedestrian warning is not working. It was working the morning I took my car to fix the screen. They said I have to wait for the garage to phone me.

They scratched the side of my car and are denying it. It’s faint but still all of a sudden the cctv doesn’t work

Overall poor experience
Good communication. Arrived early for replacement windscreen, but waited 4 1/2 hours for it to be fitted - and even then there was a fault on the electronics and the glass was a small and needs to be refitted at a later date. Fortunately, the electronics issue was sorted, but I am not looking forward to another 41/2 wait for a refit!!

Long delays and lack of communication
This review is based on the expectations that National Windscreens are a professional countrywide organisation and are capable of delivering a professional experience. That totally failed in the Croydon branch as the fitting of my new windscreen was very delayed without any calls made to me during the day with the slightest update and progress report nor did the garage answer my calls. I was told initially the fitting could take 3-4 hours, so after 3.5 hours without a word from the Garage I turned up as I live nowhere near their Croydon garage and had planned walking my dog during the repair. Massive mistake on my side, as they hadn’t even started work on my car at that stage, Almost 6 hours later I was still at their garage waiting for the work to be completed which is totally unacceptable, and insulting that no progress report was ever given during the day since noon when the car was brought in. With me now was another gentleman that was told to pick up his car at 14:00 and only got his car at around 5:30. I would expect the fitting itself of a new windscreen will be made in a professional way by a countrywide company like this which nevertheless still appear to be the case, but this review is all about the delay and the miserable handling of same, and I wouldn’t go back to National Windscreens for a similar treatment another time.

Windscreen replacement was fine
Windscreen replacement was fine. However, Repair shops too far away. Not informed that windscreen wipers had not replaced as requested and paid for. Windscreen stickers returned only upon request.
