It was booked in for the 1,7,25no show then booked in for 3,7,25 had a phone call to say it was broken in van asked to go to Croydon to have it done there got there at 2,15 left at 4,30 NOT DONE it was finely done Friday the 4,7,25 was told would get my exercise back hheard no more JOKE

Excellent customer service
I would have given them 5 stars but they cancelled the first appointment at short notice due to the driver being in a near accident which resulted in the windshields smashing.
However the manager called and was extremely apologetic and rebooked the appointment ASAP . They came out and fixed my daughter’s windshield. They were very accommodating as she wasn’t home and they even when to her location and fixed it in no time.Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend them.

No stars if I could
Do not use these cowboys, only went to them because insurance gave me no choice!! Exterior trim fitted incorrectly and keeps lifting, scratched the A pillar, broke the interior A pillar trim. Rain sensor not fitted correctly so the wipers don't work as they should. Way too much "glue" used to fit the screen and therefore oozing out of the sides, this is visible inside and out. Absolutely disgusting job!

My dashcam was not fitted refitted properly as it fell off the next day.
Also a plastic edging outside is moving around

Friendly and competent service
They contacted me to communicate there was an earlier appointment available at a service centre closer to my home address.
In all dealings they were very friendly.
Service itself was carried out in timeframes indicated.
End result it exactly what I wanted.

Please spread the word. If you need help with windscreens, this is the place. I approached them on a hot Saturday morning with a problem in one electric door glass and immediately I was invited to come in and a very kind gentleman identify the issue; something with the engine connection that required engine replacement or reconnection. Nevertheless, he made the effort to pull the window up with a very ingenuous approach. I can only thank him for that, helping me out and with a smile in his face. Not common this days. Praise him and many thanks. Please visit this place if you need any assistance with windscreens.

Ok but wipers didn't work afterwards
The new windscreen appears to be ok. Nat Windscreens forgot to retighten the nuts holding the wipers in place so one didn't work when it started raining!
