Poor availability and poor customer contact
Had to wait just short of two weeks for an appointment, dropped the car off on Thursday night for an 08:30 am appointment on a Friday, was called by the fitter at 15:32 to say ready to collect, I asked when closing and he said 16:00!!!, when I challenged him to say website said 17:30 he said "well its Friday you know, and if you can guarantee youll be here by 16:30 ill wait. (Very kind of him .... not when your website clearly says close 17:30). As I was more than 40 minutes away I had no choice to say ill collect on Saturday am, to be told with, "sorry we dont open Saturdays " again your website clearly shows also open to noon on Saturdays , this is incredibly restrictive hours for the normal working person . So I finally got my car back on Monday , as soon as I got it home I noticed a 4 inch crack in the obscuration band , called them up and the operator said he'd have to get his manager to call me back, guess what no call (I subsequently found out the message was never passed over) eventually I spoke to the Manager (by chasing myself) on Tuesday and he got my car in and fixed on Wednesday 5th august. But a very difficult experience with National windscreens due to poor customer service and inaccurate website, next time will defo use Autowindscreens

The man doing the job brilliant

Im sorry I cannot remember his name, but make him the manager, boss, director.
Brilliant, explained the situation , fitted me in next morning. Polite, friendly, professional quick, informative. Everything you want from company. Talk to someone who knows what they are doing and sort it. Big shout up for him.

New windscreen
The car was booked in for a replacement windscreen at a time convenient to me. I was kept informed of the appointment with reminders. The work was caried out on time and, to date, looks pretty good. Staff were pleasant and informative

Hands down great service
Hands down great service. Lost 6 weeks trying to use another competitor. National Windscreens did the whole thing in less than 7 days including a weekend. Don’t waste your time, go with these guys.

I had a chip appears in my windscreen so phoned my insurance company who referred me to National Windscreens.on contacting them they were friendly efficient and did the job within 48 hours.I took the car to their Derby premises and would definitely go there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
