Coms could have been better I had to…
Coms could have been better I had to chase up confirmation of appointment. But overall everything was on time and the work was done well The fitter was excellent called before and when he arrived. The tracking App was not any use it never updated but the phone calls kept me well informed Overall a good experience thankyou very much

Excellent customer service.
The call handler picked up quickly and the process was simple. I needed a new windscreen and I had an appointment booked just 2 days away.
At the replacement centre the technician was very helpful and reassuring, I was a little worried about the job and the recalibration of safety devices but he explained it all to me and showed me the recalibration equipment.
The job took less time than allowed and the vehicle was handed over in the clean, tidy and undamaged condition I left it.
Overall I am very pleased with all my experiences with National Windscreens and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The man was polite an i was early but said was no problem, he would give me a shout when ready, later he phoned to say car was done, did a nice job, definitely recommend Dorchester depot, and the fitter , thanks
