Brilliant staff, great service.
Grant was brilliant, kept us informed all the way through. I was a little concerned as the car was less than 1 year old (worried needlessly) Information on after care was also really useful.

Had windscreen replaced 2 months ago…
Had windscreen replaced 2 months ago clearly hasn't been fitted correctly as there's water leaking into the car from the top left of windscreen. Been trying to contact edinburgh branch for nearly 2 weeks now but they dont answer the phone I have manged to contact customer services about 7 or 8 times over the past 2 weeks they have also tried to contact the edinburgh branch with no success either all they can do is send emails and promise someone from the edinburgh branch would be intouch but this has not happend. I would recommend using another company as this one clearly has incompetent staff and are not willing to fix there mistakes altho were fast enough to show up when there was money to be made. 30th may still no reply from companie

Great experience. I was offered an office to do some work while waiting. The technician was Grant, who came in to explain what was he doing and if I was happy to process. I really appreciated his effort to ensure that I understood the replacement steps.

Two excellent replacement and repair jobs done
Needed a new front windscreen for an old Toyota Alphard. Took an age to come from Japan but thats normal i believe for such a vehicle but Scott kept me up to date on its progress and chased up supplier after a further delay. Grant then fitted the windscreen and I was very pleased with the job. Sods law within a month I noticed a stone chip had appeared and Scott kindly fitted me in at short notice to do a quick repair before it became a full replacement again! Grant did the work once more and I was very pleased with the repair. Very pleased with the excellent allround service, thanks again to Scott and Grant.

Very satisfied
I was so chuffed with the work carried out on my vehicle. Was very prompt and I was very satisfied. It put me at ease when the windscreen was done as I had a fear with the crack in the windscreen of my car.

The booking process was straightforward and the time slots were very clearly stated. The manager phoned me immediately when he knew the screen delivered was faulty, so I could reschedule my visit in good time. From there everything went smoothly. Scott explained clearly about how to care for the new glass until it settles in.
