Very accommodating regarding drop off /…
Very accommodating regarding drop off / pick up of the vehicle.
No issue with the windscreen replacement, however, the windscreen washer hose has not been reconnected which will require another trip to the garage.

from bad to worse
UPDATE ON 4/9/2024
Customer relations replied they passed my complaints to the branch... which had told me to contact customer relations...
I am going to contact my insurer and see if a proper company can do the job instead.
UPDATE ON 3/9/2024:
in addition to the issues listed last time (below):
a technician checked my car last Tuesday and informed me that the wrong windscreen had been fitted and that the part left on the floor was part of the wiper blades. Told me I would get re-booked once the new windscreen had been ordered. He left some kind of white tool on the passenger seat. I had to contact them 3 days later as I had not heard back. Car booked today. Dropped my car off at 8.20 and by 10.30 I get a call from the branch manager telling me they'd ordered the wrong windscreen again -the same type as last time. Told me they thought they had mixed 2 windscreens last time so just ordered the same one again! When collecting my car, I was told they could not locate the exact windscreen but then said 2 companies have the part # but no stock. Apparently awaiting for head office to contact Peugeot to hopefully order the right windscreen.
Very poor!

wrong windscreen fitted
part not put back on
told it would be fixed.
Awaiting call for a reappointment.
Will expect compensation towards my excess of £135 for wasting my time and the other issues.
I will revise this review once all has been sorted and suitable compensation refunded.

There is no customer service,no…
There is no customer service,no reception,nobody to return or take calls,stood all over my door sills fitting window,no covers or protection, dirt ingrained in to them, shards of glass in foot wells,and broke my window wipers which I had to replace,an absolute disgrace of a company,incompetent and unprofessional work carried out,and absolutely no respect or care for anybody,s property

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful. My chip was fixed and they called me to collect my car. It was done in about 30 mins. Very happy.

Poor service
Windscreen was not in for the day my car was booked in due to a mistake on delivery, lots of swearing and confusion from staff. When my window did get fitted my bonnet was marked and I wasn’t informed about it and only noticed it when I went home, after sales was very poor! Won’t use the Elgin branch again!

Shambles
Shambles, car booked in for replacement windscreen at depot, took day off work as car had to go into the depot, got reminder day before to drop off, turn up first thing and the windscreen hadn’t been delivered, have to reschedule waste of a day off work and will now have to take another day off. Absolute waste of my time and money

Great service
Great service, quick and no complaints. Online: Wasn’t offered the service to come to my home/work place to replace windscreen however.
But actual job was efficient, no issues.
