It was very efficient to get car booked in and the staff were very friendly and fitted the new windscreen in a quick time.

Fantastic updates.I was given a time…
Fantastic updates.I was given a time slot 8-4.30 a long time to wait in.The fitters tracker was not working .A quick phone call to the office to see if I could narrow time down .Fitter Tim rang straight away and gave me a 2 hour window which was fine.Arrived on time .The new window was fitted efficiently and Tim was very friendly and a tidy worker .Thankyou

Soon after stone damage in driver’s eyeline speaking with our insurance…
Soon after speaking with our insurance company we had contact from our local National Windscreens to arrange a preliminary assessment. It was good to see on the website what jobs were in our queue and Tim was prompt on arrival and clear with his advice. The second visit to replace the glass was equally as well organised. Administration was clear and concise.

New rear window
TheyvLocated new rear windscreen and kept
me up to date on when expected.
I booked fitting date and time on line and system was easy to do.
Screen was fitted as expected and I was contacted when vehicle was ready
and I collected the nex day.

Easy online booking process and polite staff.
However, first appointment I made I got all the way there, dropped the car off, went away, and was then phoned to tell me the supplier had provided the incorrect windscreen, despite me having rung to confirm previously.
The appointment was then rearranged, for them to come out to me, but they never showed up as it was incorrect on the system.
Thankfully they pushed it to urgent by this point and finally sorted it. A week late and wasted fuel, but the service was quick and well done in the end. The staff I directly dealt with were helpful and polite and the issues I experienced were somewhat out of their hands and more on the fault of supplier and the call centre.

Super efficient from start to finish. They had my car in and out. Really friendly helpful staff both in the workshop and on the phone. Would recommend them and use them again myself.
