Whole company has 'Not our problem ' mentality.
1 Changed my appointment time without informing me .
2 Online chat said they'd changed it back when they hadn't
3 Halesowen branch blaming everyone else . Shrug shoulders -not our problem mentality.
4 Didn't complete my new windscreen installation & intimidated me into paying excess.
5 Drove in with car legal on UK roads , left with a vehicle illegal to drive.

Did not fit well but changed to a perfect one
Initially, the windscreen didn’t fit well and there was a small gap between the glass and the borders. However, after I raised the issue, the company immediately contacted me and arranged to replace the windscreen right at my home parking. The service was quick, professional, and they did a wonderful job. I really appreciate their prompt response and great customer service. Updating my rating to 4 stars!
