Great workmanship, poor admin
Once I took the car in, the man was helpful and called when it was ready to collect. The windscreen was really good and the wipers fixed as promised. No complaints about the work but the admin was rubbish. Changed my appointment the day before to a time I couldn't do. Also, had to pay in full before the job was done.

Took three attempts to turn up with the…
Took three attempts to turn up with the correct windscreen despite being offered the part number on the original call. Then told they couldn’t fit until after Christmas having already waited over a week. Only after complaining to customer service did they turn up and fit the screen. No problem with the actual fitter who did his best.
Communication from national windscreens was abysmal, the car was at a repair garage and on all three occasions I had to ring the garage to find out what was happening
Only after complaint was the screen fitted in a timely manner, customer service should be provided without having to complain

The call centre, when making the appointment, said the Hastings centre had a room to wait in with desks to work at, there is nowhere to work only the reception area to wait in. They also said that the job would take 2 to 4 hours. The staff at the centre said no, 4.5 hours, and it did.

Great no fuss service from start to end. The initial communication when booking my car in up to when they completed the job was fantastic. The windscreen was replaced within the allotted time given and the end result was brilliant.

Great fitting center service, call center staff experience leaves a lot to be desired.
Great service and very good communication at the fitting center and very fast turn around.
Only one complaint, please don't have your telephone center staff read from a script and and ask stupid questions not listening to the customer makes them sound stupid and causes great frustration.
When I tell your call center staff that I have a 6 inch crack from the top of the screen and that the vehicle has failed its MOT because of this and I am answered with the question "so is it chipped" it just makes me think they are a moron.
