I had my windscreen replaced 3 weeks…
I had my windscreen replaced 3 weeks ago, I was told I needed to go back to have the correct part installed due to the front cameras in my car and the wrong part being available. As yet I have heard nothing, dreadful service!

Terrible company Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Terrible company. 2 failed to show up appointments and 1 appointment where they brought the wrong glass, over a month later I'm still waiting to have my badly cracked windscreen replaced. Customer service is non-existent and communication is very poor. Also there is no actual Hereford branch!! the phone has an Hereford area code but is transfered to Worcester branch.

Unscrupulous - Avoid!
The technicians here are professional and friendly, unfortunately this is massively let down by the unscrupulous manager/supervisor/TL (no idea of the name as never introduced himself). Using every possible excuse to get out of a faulty install (where me vehicle was also damaged during the initial install, when the windscreen got a stress crack after just 2 days of the install. Blaming everything possible including the RAC for a battery charge "well he must of moved the trim" What just to just place cables on the battery? "Well he has left a screw loose on the trim" if its loose, that was from the initial replacement by you guys! To finally "your bonnet isn't coming up straight and is putting stress on the windscreen trim" you mean the trim you reinstalled and hasn't been a problem with opening or closing the bonnet for the years I've had the vehicle previously! Absolutely ludicrous, and using every excuse possible to get out of a faulty replacement, including misreporting the issue on the job note as the damage caused by 'stone chip' this will be followed up with HQ though. Avoid at all costs and if these are the preferred supplier of my insurer, I will be moving from this insurer when my renewal is due. Avoid unless you want to end up with multiple excess payments!
EDIT: Well it would seem that this is the norm, after being asked to email their customer service with regards to the above, nothing, will look forward to informing the insurance company that the reason I wont be renewing is purely down to the service of this provider!

Im writing this review because you haven’t stopped pestering me for a review and it’s annoying. I was told a member of staff would call me the day before giving me a time slot how ever no one called till the day when they got there and couldn’t find address. I tried to call back but your employee must of found the address because he hung the phone up. They workers you brought to my home was not professional and was messing around on my drive. Then after having the windscreen done your pestering me with emails please stop

My car was damaged during the repair of my windshield and so far I haven’t had no satisfactory outcome been informed there phones are not working really in this day and age

Took too long to contact me
Took too long to contact me. I popped into local branch a week earlier and told that they can only act on the Insurance company contacting them. I started receiving messages from you to contact you to arrange a repair appointment. I was in Montenegro and all my efforts to get back to you failed. I then asked my Son to contact you on my behalf and received a message for repair date and they would let me know when to bring car in. On the day I waited till 3:30 pm and then phoned to ask when should I bring car in for repair. The Tech Richard went quiet- I then said shall I bring car in now? Yes, said a relieved voice. At the local Hereford branch the tech said "it wasn't me you spoke to- we are controlled by Worcester!" Anyway he did carry out the repair and all good in the end.
