Excellent job in saving my original trim from my SAAB Viggen and putting in new windscreen, passed its MOT! Hope they don’t have to replace another anytime soon! Would highly recommend and will use again in the future if required ( for my other car )

They just did an excellent amazing job…
They just did an excellent amazing job of replacing windscreen. the skill of doing it was just magic to watch. the communication of where they were to do it was not so good!! But we got it worked out . thank you.

Terrible customer service
I had my car booked in to NW Inverness but my windscreen was in Carlisle...no phone call to cancel my appointment. I took a day's holiday to have the work done. Had to rebook for 5 days later. Terrible customer service.

First class job
They told me how long would it be? I went an hour early and it was only 10 minutes to eat and the car was ready. Excellent job. No mess at all. In the car. Definitely use them again.

Great customer experience
I was kept informed about what was happening and the windscreen was fitted when they said it would be. The fitter called ahead to advise of his arrival time and it all went without a hitch - very pleased with the service!

Staff were very helpful on the telephone in setting up the appointment; they were equally helpful when I arrived for the replacement windscreen and had it done within 2 1/2 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
