The whole process was so straightforward. I dropped off my car and received a text 2 hours later to tell me that my car was ready. I was extremely pleased with the turnaround time!

Good communication from drop-off to collection
Good communication from drop-off to collection to replace my front windscreen, which was also completed faster than expected.
Facilities were clean and the staff very polite and helpful.

Windscreen replacement
Windscreen replacement was scheduled to take up to 4 hours but was completed in 2.5 hrs. Comfortable waiting room with internet connection. Friendly helpful staff.

The technician called to tell me he was on his way and about twenty minutes away.
He replaced the window and hoovered every piece of glass out of the car.
