Appalling Workmanship
Appalling workmanship at Saxilby Lincoln National Windscreens. The trim on the drivers side has been bent leaving a large gap to the windscreen which in turn means the trim doesn't lay flat or meet properly at the lower corner. The wide part of the trim on the passenger side bottom corner has been glued to the windscreen which would then mean the trim would be unusable if the windscreen had to be replaced in the future. There was glue fingerprints on the dash. So now I have to wait for customer services to sort the mess out. Would not recommend.

The fitter was absolutely fantastic
The fitter was absolutely fantastic. He called before arriving and gave me an eta. Very polite and efficient.
They however didn’t send the window wipers and I’m yet to receive a credit for this.

All communication was clear and…
All communication was clear and precise, the technician was great, very professional and knowledgeable. The only issue was that at the original appointment the new screen was found to be damaged, this was immediately dealt with and a replacement screen ordered and fitted 2 days later. Now all good.

Much Room For Improvement
Nice guys fitting the screen but it took 3 attempts to achieve it.
A fault with the first windscreen and the wrong sscreen was oredered for the second visit.
By the third visit, my car was at a garage having other work carried out and was inconvenient for all.
I am only giving 2 stars because I dont feel it was the fault of the fitters, but other processes that let them and myself down. So not impressed at all.
