The person who fixed my windscreen was so professional. The National windscreen had a good communication team who updated me when they couldn't make my appointment on the chosen day. They were ok.

I had a really positive experience with National Windscreens in London. From start to finish, the service was smooth and professional. I was very impressed by the two young…
I was very impressed by the two young men who came to replace my windscreen. I was kept informed about their arrival time and amazed that they had the new windscreen fitted in about one hour! Difficult as my car is parked on a London street. My car was left clean and glass free and just pleased how well it was done my first experience of driving for over 50 years to have a need for my windscreen replaced.

good courteous windscreen fitter
the person who came to fit the window had a trainee with him and said that the windscreen replacement would take a bit longer due to him showing the trainee what he was doing.i told him that wasn't a problem.
he done a great job and even with the trainee was still done in good time.

Great customer service
Matt dealt with my elderly Mother where my car was stationed. He was very pleasant, polite, arrived on time and completed the work to perfection. The technician came and was done in…
The technician came and was done in less than 10 minutes. It had started to rain and I couldn’t see the repair of very well and he rushed me to Sign the consent form. Three days on and the chip has grown. I’m not happy with the service I called to complain and so far nothing has been done.
