Absolutely Terrible Experience – Worst Customer Service Ever
I don’t even know where to begin. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. First off, you can’t speak to an actual person unless it’s via their online chat. And don’t even think about getting a response if your internet drops or the page accidentally closes— you have to start all over again with a new agent who will ask you the same questions you’ve already answered a dozen times.
My car failed its MOT due to a crack in the windscreen, and I was told it needs replacing. The problem? I’m currently in the Northeast, but I live in Rugby. The garage that did my MOT refuses to rebook it until the windscreen is replaced, so I’m left in a bit of a bind. Getting an appointment with National Windscreen was an absolute nightmare. I felt like I was going around in circles with zero resolution. Every time I thought I was close to securing a slot, they’d just push me back to the booking page—one I had already filled in multiple times.
And their customer service? Hands down the most unhelpful I’ve ever encountered. They flat-out refused to escalate anything until I paid a deposit, even though the whole situation was a mess through no fault of mine. In the end, I was so frustrated that I cancelled my appointment and went elsewhere.
Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go with a company that actually values its customers. National Windscreen is an absolute joke

good experience using NW. Quick and timely installation. Guys were quick, and kept in touch when the vehicle was ready so I knew when to come back.
Waiting area could be improved to make waiting more enjoyable.
