Excellent service
Good communication. Had to change my date at last minute. Change date online with no hassle at all. Phoned me on the day the just make sure address and everything was alright to go. Would definitely recommend them to people. Thank you for excellent service.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company from the initial appointment right through to completion of my replacement screen. Communication is second to done with reminders via text & email and on the day of the appointment you can track your technician on your device so no waiting about.The work was carried out to high standards. Highly recommended

LACK OF WIRING?
Job was to replace a front windscreen in my Jaguar XF. Personel was fine. Windscreen replacement was fine EXCEPT they do not seem to have connected the LANE WARNING CAMERA SYSTEM WIRING which leads to the steering wheel shaking slightly if it is functioning. I am caught between wanting it fixed OR not missing it at all.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Thankfully I had windscreen cover through my insurance, phoned and got speaking with national windscreen to log the issue. Shortly I had a call from my local repair agent organising an appointment for me. The gentleman was out the next day to do a mobile repair. We were kept informed at every stage and they were extremely helpful and quick replacing my rear windscreen. Would highly recommend.

A very efficient service
A very efficient service. Made appointment through my insurance, within 10 mins of making my reservation for my appointment I received a phone call to confirm and pick a time that suited that day. All staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. I was promptly rang when my car was ready. Would recommend!
