Booking was very straight forward. The guy that worked on my car was phenomenal to say the least. He called me on the day to confirm everything and, once I was there, he took care of everything in such a short span of time that I lowkey thought it might've been a mistake. 10/10 would 100% recommend. And credit where it is due, that bloke deserves a raise no matter how much they're paying him.

Scratched car and tried to cover it up, Got sealant all over the white interior trims and exterior paintwork and fitted the wrong screen. . Incredibly poor service. Followed by the best service you could wish for. They were absolutely brilliant with dealing with my complaint. The second screen fitting, replacement a pillar trims and smart repair were all arranged without question and so efficiently. 2nd screen fitting was completed within 2 hours and without fault. I just cant score higher due to the initial failing and the attempted cover up that led to the complaint.

I phoned several times and sent Email several times. No one gets back to you. They reckon they’ll Email and getting in contact and they haven’t trying to get a windscreen replaced and it’s now in the seventh week they call themselves the professionals more like idiots.

Courteous and helpful staff. Would recommend!
I dropped my car off for a replacement windscreen rcently and was greeted in the reception in a friendly and courteous manner. Had a brief chat with one of the chaps whilst he inspected the damage. I was asked to return a little later in the day and was pleased to find that the job was all finished. I am happy with the result and with the level of service I experienced. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch based on the excellent attention I received.

Job well done
Although had to wait a few weeks to get booked in, decided to have new windscreen at home. Technician kept me up to date on his arrival time and I could check on the link they sent me. Technician friendly and kept me informed what he was going to do and what he was doing. Did a great job and gave aftercare advice. Well done

Friendly staff, rushed job
Firstly, the fitter was very polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. However, having specified an afternoon slot I ended up being the first job in the morning, meaning I had to cancel plans to fit around the fitting. The fitting process was smooth however the quality of fitting was subpar. Bits of old adhesive were left both inside the cabin and under the bonnet, paint chipped around the aperture, adhesive oozing out the exterior around the glass and the quality of glass was clearly not great as the scuttle no longer sits flush. While the process itself was painless, the quality of glass and the pressure on the fitter to complete so many jobs miles apart unfortunately led to a rushed job and a poor quality result.

On the day excellent service but the booking not so good. Booked a morning appointment online only to get a message a couple of days later saying they didn’t have a morning appointment which was a bit of an issue as a community children’s nurse having already booked visits and needing my car for them. Had to rearrange my whole day. Why advertise morning appointments if there wasn’t any?

I recently had the windscreen on my rav4 k
I recently had the windscreen on my Toyota RAV4 replaced by National Windscreens, and I’m very happy with the service. The whole process was smooth and professional, from booking the appointment through to the installation. The team were friendly, helpful and completed the job to a high standard.
The new windscreen looks great, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend National Windscreens to anyone who needs a windscreen replacement. Excellent service!

Really happy with the service
Really happy with the service. There was a 2.5-hour wait, as a previous customer was being served, but once my car was taken in, everything went smoothly. Neil, who worked on my car, did a great job and was very professional. Really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend!
