Very poor booking system
Done promptly. Confusion with booking time though. Told on phone that drop off time for car was 8:30-9:00 or 12:00-12:30. When we arrived, found the car was booked in at 10:00. Had we arrived at the later time, we would have missed our appointment.

Excellent service
I was well informed about when the technician was to arrive and he 'phoned shortly before he came. He was helpful and efficient in fitting the windscreen. Excellent service.
