Excellent experience
Excellent experience. All staff superb. Anthony our first contact was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and a delight do deal with. Barry the windscreen engineer was professional yet friendly explained the process and completed the replacement windscreen and calibration quickly and expertly. A great guy. Overall a very positive experience.

Originally booked for a date to be done but was rang and told that the glass hadn't come in so booked another date to be completed at my hone address, was rang the day before to see if I was able to take the car into garage so had to change a few things around dropped a star due to these. It was completed in a hour and half and staff were friendly and helpful so overall happy.

Replacement windscreen for 2021 VW T-ROC
Good communication by text and email. National windscreens explained that fitting could only be carried out at their fitting centre in Swansea as systems had to be calibrated after installation.
Friendly staff and free coffee and tea avaliable. Total waiting time 1 hour 15 mins. I really could not fault them.

Made very welcome with clear explanation of what was going to happen. Clear communication on how to get car to workshop. Full pictures sent of before and after of repair. Friendly handover of car and great job of repair very happy
