he escorted me to local National Windscreen depot where the windscreen was replaced, and I was served a mug of tea! (Location given later in review is incorrect; it is in fact Stafford Park, not Halesfield.)

I was surprised that I had to wait…
I was surprised that I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to get my windscreen fixed. To learn there are only 2 mobile fitters to cover the whole of Shropshire is rediculous. Even at least a week's wait at a depot.
The fitter kept me informed of his arrival time and am happy that it is fixed and he did a good job.
Please revise your postcode banding, SY can be very close to HR. I live on the border of 3 counties!!

The branch I used was at Stafford Park Telford which is not on your list. Very pleasant chap, Paul on reception and the screen appears to be well fitted. The card reader was not in the office so he gave me a phone number to ring to pay the excess, however, when I rang the next day no one answered so I gave up after a few minutes. I then tried to pay at the branch, still no card reader so I paid cash. No big problem really. Phone no was texted to me as 116 2747093. When I originally booked the repair for my wife I asked the lady to ring me, (gave my number) not my wife as she was at work but you still rang her! Only niggling issues really. We would still use your firm if needed in the future. Yours, Dave Sutton.

Really poor service.
A bird went through the Windscreen on 21march was told it would take two weeks !!! When they arrived to fix it they didn’t have a trim. That was going to take another week. we were unable to drive it but was asked to drive it to Telford !! or it would be another week. it was eventually fixed on the 14April!!!. It also has a scratch on it but I’ve waited so long I can live with it.
