The first screen fitted was a bit small…
The first screen fitted was a bit small leaving a gap around the windscreen that you could fit your finger in, this caused a fair amount of extra wind noise. National Windscreens carried out a replacement without any fuss and the new screen fitted just fine!

All sorted
Overall the service was very good. There was several changes in appoint times, delivery of a broken windscreen, and unplugged sensors. However, this was all efficiently sorted out so never became problems.

Excellent, everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. The fitter was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Helpful prior to fitting but then no follow up
Staff were helpful but no one got back to me following emailing my concern, after care was disappointing. The windscreen sensor housing changed shape and the mirror appeared to have been changed too. I wasn’t made aware of this and have not been able to discuss it.

TQuick and efficient service.
The windscreen replacement was done quickly and efficiently. It would have been nice to have a public toilet and coffee machine, as the premises are on an industrial estate.

Everything was very simple
Everything was very simple. Dropped car off and picked up later that day...everything was fine. Friendly helpful staff as I had changed by booking date with them after realising I had cinema tickets for the original date I had accepted. Thoroughly recommend this company. Had windscreen replaced on my previous car only in July last year too. You get a text when your car is ready to collect. Simples!

Although we booked for a home…
Although we booked for a home appointment and took time off work they wouldn’t come out as they said it was raining so we had to go to Thetford Depot. We found after the work was done the windscreen washers wouldn’t work and found that they had trapped the washer hose in the front scuttle panel. The screen fit was fine but they need to check their work.

The staff were really helpful
The staff were really helpful, luckily that particular day they weren't too busy and it was all done and dusted within 90 minutes. My windscreen has been perfect in the weeks since.
My sat nav didn't take me directly to them but it wasn't too difficult to find.
