My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

Got silicone inside of the glass by pillars
Got silicone inside of the glass sticking out looks awfull by the pillars. I been spending 2h to cut nicely arround silicone but still looks bad as it should be done when fitted

Very helpful man doing the windscreen - did his best to contact me and say to come early. Your people are better than your system. I was annoyed when an 8.30 appointment suddenly changed to 11.00 -but your staff saved your reputation.

Very easy to deal with
All arranged online after a stone flicked up on the motorway which quickly turned into a crack. Picked a time and date to suit with early drop off. 2 hours later new screen fitted, no mess, no fuss. They also dealt with the insurance company direct so only the excess to pay.

Great communication with Peter at the branch to check the booking was confirmed. Easy drop off and collection. The replacement of the windscreen was done well, the car was left very clean and tidy.

My windscreen replacement started at the agreed time and was told it would be ready in two hours. Sure enough I received a message that it was ready bang on time. Excellent friendly service.

Late fitting
Had a day off work for booked fitting then on the day at approx 9.30 am got a call to say not coming . After fitting the next day the car still had lots of glass on the seats etc thought the technician might have cleared up after doing job
