My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

An excellent service provided. Straightforward booking system, followed up by friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend. But the star of the experience. The technician at Weston, who carried out the actual repair. Can’t praise him highly enough. Am disappointed in myself, that I can’t name him. He deserves the ultimate recognition.

Able to come to my place of work and…her
Able to come to my place of work and change windscreen, whereas Autoglass wanted me to drive 35 to 40 minutes to have it done.
Which in theory would mean me losing most of a days work, more if M5 had a stoppage

Replacement screen in about an hour…
Replacement screen in about an hour though I understand this may not always be possible.No fuss just got on with the job.One complaint I didn’t get a chocolate from the advent calendar!

I don't understand how can be hard for…
I don't understand how can be hard for professionals to cover dashboard and seats before replacing windscreen. Left bits of glas and plastic all over. Eternally car was covered in black stains.

Highly recommended! I had a crack in the windscreen and contacted the insurance company. I got the link to National Windscreens through the app. It was easy to book and the windscreen was replaced very fast.
