Nationwide Fire Sprinklers are an extremely professional and courteous company to deal with. From the people manning the phone lines and emails to the engineers themselves, everything is dealt with in an impressive way.

Despite travelling fron Nottingham to us in Essex, they are ALWAYS on time!

I recently had a sprinkler alarm system issue resolved and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. The installation was smooth, the team was professional, and the system works perfectly. Their customer service was also top-notch, answering all my questions quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable sprinkler alarm solutions!

Do not use this company. They are complete con merchants. They claim a new compliant system is non compliant. Take your money after agreeing to provide a service. Then claim that’s not what they were contracted to do in spite of clear email requesting the service. Then proceed to claim sprinkler system is not compliant to current building regs. In fact they completely totally lie.
Got a fully accredited company to come in as we were so worried we had a non compliant system and guess what is it fully compliant. So their design manager is a joke and totally wholly incompetent.

Stay clear of this company.

AS I SAY STAY CLEAR - THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Avoid. They installed a residential sprinkler system at one of my rentals. Paid through the nose for the instal. They told me the pressure was not enough so paid the water board to have a new independent water main installed. They came to commission test and sign off and said the pressure was still too low and I would now need to spend another £10,000+ for pumps and tanks to go into the loft space.
I called in another company to commission it for me and it passed with flying colours. What does this tell you. As mentioned at the beginning avoid, they will try and bleed you out of cash when its not needed. It's actually criminal that they may even get away with it sometimes, but I saw through it as did my builder. Shocking.
