Ive been using WowNow hire for over 18 years... the customer service and prices are very competitive. Andy Chisham, my account manager, goes above and beyond to meet our expectations!

This company listen, we had issues with low loaders turning in to our site.

Really helpful and patient staff, even when things don't quite go to plan.

Recent experience with Bryony is a great example of this, helping us with last minute issues, cancellations and changes. Broadly speaking, everyone is very helpful, patient and professional - a great service for a multitude of plant and equipment requirements.

We've been using WowNow (was Nationwide) for 5+years and will continue to as they provide one port of call for sourcing of hire equipment, vs endless running around to different hire depots checking stock. Also easier on the invoicing side and cost allocation. They are especially useful for obscure hire kit, and when project manager time is tight.

Helen is very helpful and fast at getting hire equipment booked in for us at Dock Solutions.

We have been using Wownow for a little while now and very impressed with the prompt service. The quotes have come back in a quick efficent manner, Looking forward to see building a stronger relationship with Wownow. Andy has been exceptional helping us out with quotes and getting stuff sorted at the last minute. Luke our sales rep has been superb too keeping up to date with reports and quotes.

Josh Gilbert and the team are always very willing to help at short notice and pull out all the stops to be obliging, always very helpful I could not fault them at all.

There isn't much more we could ask for in terms of staff over at wow now and Jess fortifies this every enquiry, would highly recommend the company and Jess GP especially for a POC.
