Booked a whitening appointment online and had to pay a £35 deposit.
I tried to call the customer service team in the lead up to change my appointment time however, no answer after multiple tries.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment early and was surprised to find the door locked. Eventually I called customer service and, surprisingly, I got through to someone. They called me back after trying to contact the clinic owner and let me know that she wasn’t answering.

Very glad I ended up not having the whitening. Why would I trust a person to be working in my mouth who doesn’t even have the courtesy or the competence to show to appointments made on a Thursday morning.

If I don’t get my refund I will be contacting trading standards.

Catherine has been amazing from the start. She is always at the end of the phone when I have a question and gets things sorted immediately. I’m excited to be apart of this brand and take my business to the next level!

I reached out to Naturawhite team on Monday evening and by Tuesday I was connected though to the most amazing manager Catherine. She explained naturawhite to the T. Its goals, process of joining the brand ambassador team, the packages and everything else. I am able to reach out to her whenever and she responds with all the information I need and she is so approachable and kind and lovely. So excited to join as a new brand ambassador.

Everything was delivered so quickly allowing me to to start my journey as soon as possible.

Once all signed up and ready to go the online step by step training is so simple to understand yet so detailed I have had an absolute dream start.

From initial enquiry, through to explaining equipment and delivery of product, communication, ambassador on-boarding and marketing has all been excellent.

Training delivery was informative and I enjoyed the two stage process that allows you to discover the process in your downtime and then have a comprehensive 1:1 with the brand trainer Sarah Sinclair who answered every single question with confidence and had lots of tips to maximise ROI.

Marketing assets provided are really useful for all media platforms and much better then I expected.

Ordering from the Trade Shop is fast and easy to navigate - great product descriptions (and advice from Sarah) help you decide what retail products to stock.

So far, I have found everyone at Naturawhite to be welcoming, informative, concise, supportive and enthusiastic.

The training was so straight forward and easy to understand, Sarah Sinclair was a huge help and any questions I had she was always there to answer. She helped me with getting my insurance on the roll! Which was such a huge help. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do everything so quickly without the help from their customer service support and training support. Catherine was also such a lovely person, who also explained the whole process to me so well, she was also there for any questions I had, no matter the time. Very quick and easy, I had Sarah Sinclair train me today and she was very friendly no question was too silly and made it very easy to understand!
She was Very helpful and knowledgeable on the brand equipment and products, she ran me through how to use the trade shop and made it very easy to understand!

AVOID. Naturawhite oversell and under deliver! I was not happy with the results from training. I don’t know how Naturawhite ‘ambassadors’ are charging people as much as £120. I wouldn’t offer this for £20, it’s embarrassing and has damaged my business reputation and left me in debt. Once you purchase your package, they are no longer interested in your business and I have been despising for a year now which is just ignore. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Hi was trained today by Sarah Sinclair. She was friendly and explained the hole process. She gave me some really valuable information on marketing and social media which I will be sure to use in the future. We discussed the GDC and pop up clinics and how to get the best out of doing them. Which was something I hadn’t thought about. The same with social media, I’m running a competition currently and instead of asking people to comment three friends ask them why they want to win and if they don’t win to offer them a discount. I’ve trained with Sarah, I had the diamond package and it’s amazing. Sarah was so good, it was all done on zoom in the comfort of our salon, she was very helpful with all aspects and the results were brilliant, while clients we’re having their teeth done they were sending photos to theirs friends who then wanted to book in. Also Catherine was very good, she called me about the packages and prices etc she explained everything so I could make a decision as to which would be best, I’m so pleased with everything and everyone help in starting my new business venture also the products are amazing

I'm unsure about my thoughts on this company. I hold seriously controversial beliefs. They were accommodating and kind when I contacted them and explained the situation. I used to do teeth whitening in Europe and on cruise ships before, and upon hearing about the company, I decided to contact them. However, after reading controversial feedback, I wanted to cancel my order. They convinced me everything was fine and promised me the support I needed. Catherine's persuasion, despite negative feedback from others, stood out. They excel at pushing and convincing initially, but they get annoyed once you start questioning and seeing through the system.
I ordered the diamond package, and the results could be better. I want to see the potential results, but regular use is necessary. Charging £99 for one session seems unjustifiable as it doesn't yield significant results. I've used it with my family and friends. After purchasing the machine, additional expenses arise, and the list is endless. Before investing, ensure you live in the right area and expect to sell at a lower price due to the product's quality. If I could start again, I definitely wouldn't do it. Insurance and legal fees consume all your profit, and numerous additional payments are required. Some products are still pending, and their communication is questionable. Sarah is a friendly trainer, and Catherine is initially excellent but becomes indifferent later on. They promised gifts for positive reviews after the course, but nothing was received. Feeling scammed and disappointed, I can only accept what happened. I hope one day, employees and the company will realise the impact of their actions on those facing challenging situations. Honesty, kindness, professionalism, and humanity aren't the best words to describe this company. Remember you will pay for everything as an extra huge amount: marketing, lawyers, insurance, etc. I went to check with the people who live at my ancient address. I live in the countryside where people are sincere, and if they receive something by mistake from Amazon, they deliver it to the correct address. The people who live there have not received any package from me.

Just Do Not Become an Ambassador. Use this money for something else. You would be less disappointed.

Training with Sarah Sinclair she was absolutely fantastic in helping me understand the little key points that I’d got mixed up Sarah was straight forward and very easy to learn from, I have no doubt I will offer the best service because of this, from tips to showing me how to navigate my way around trade shop. Recommending the best marketing advice and packages from natura!! Which I have purchased also! Products are to die for trade shop is very reasonably priced!! Also Sarah kindly told me how the reward system works for loyalty points in the trade shop! It’s fantastic! I opted for the silver business package and I couldn’t be happier everything has been straight forward fast and easy!! I couldn’t thank all of you enough!!

We have just finished our Naturawhite teeth whitening with Sarah today 😊 I would like to say she put us at complete ease and explained or repeated everything we needed to know. She was so lovely, friendly and smiley 🙌 she explained all about the insurance and hints and tips about how best to post on social media. She sent us WhatsApp links all the way through the training so we can look back and also to fill in forms! We didn't have to search for anything. Sarah also talked us through the trade shop and took us through step by step. We have come away from the training feeling very confident and looking forward to getting started in our new and exciting journey 😍 we would definitely recommend having Sarah as your trainer 👍 thank you so much Sarah for fitting us in at such short notice as we only just booked and set up training within 4 day's and being completed 😍 we would also like to say a massive thank you to Catherine 😊 it was like I'd known her for year's when we chatted on the phone 😀 Cat explained the whole process from start to finish and even WhatsApp messaged her all silly time's late evening and early morning and she never once complained to me 🙌 she is so professional but still down to earth and really does make you feel like one of the team! Questioned them about a voucher. No call back and voucher ran out. Will never deal with them again and I urge you not to.

From the very first phone call I had with Catherine through to finishing my training and ordering products. My experience has been nothing but a pleasure.

Catherine Was amazing to speak to! The phone was made me feel very comfortable. She wasn’t just someone on the end of the phone trying to sell me something. It was like speaking to one of my friends. The amount of detail she went into, speaking about her own experience, the positive attitude towards other ambassadors, all the help she gave me with understanding how the teeth whitening world works, all the pages she sent through to me to help widen my knowledge and see that this course really does change your life and your lifestyle was incredible. When I had problems with my online training, she was quick with passing the message on and the team responded so quickly and had everything fixed as quick as possible!
Me and Catherine have spoken since my training and she uplifts me and pushes me in the right direction.

The training was easy to follow and well detailed. All the training was online so was very easy to access and work perfectly around my schedule! The trainer I had was called Sarah she was very good and helped me understand the knowledge I had learned which was great.

The trading shop is so easy to negotiate and to order from. You was also earns points which in turn then allows you to use them as discount which really helps. There a wide selection of items from your business but also to help you business and yourself thrive.

Overall I’m so happy I choose Naturawhite and have had 8 clients on my first week. Which is insane.
