I enjoy this company and I have to say that their customer service is top notch. If there are issues with my order they would immediately find ways to remedy my needs.

I received a NatureBox as a gift and I was thrilled to see so many varieties and such an assortment of salty and savory snack items. Everything tasted so yummy! I wanted to share my experience so I began sending NatureBox as gifts to family and friends.

The snacks are great, the price is do-able, I just wish there were more vegan snacks

I have never been disappointed by the snacks and goodies from NatureBox. My last three orders have been for their Buffalo Blue Cheese Snack Mix, Spicy Alehouse Mix and Passion-Berry Chews with Hemp Extract. I love that all of the snacks are not only delicious but they are also environmentally sound, healthy and reliably sourced.

Naturebox is so delicious and kind. Sometimes I get emails from a company and it feels it is just auto generated. Not Naturebox. They really care about their products and their customers.

I really appreciated how quickly I got the package. I ordered and it was in my kitchen two days later - so quick! I immediately tried the Peanut Butter Maca Cookies and the Cheddar Cheese Bites. Both were delicious - I really love the pb maca cookies. I also got the Matcha tea and I bet it's great for a matcha lover but I realized I just don't like the flavor. I also got the chocolate chip granola bars and they're perfect snacks for on the go. I've recommended it to friends outside my organization already. It's a great treat!

I particularly love your individual portions of the Apple/blueberry/sunflower seed oatmeal. It’s a quick and easy nutritious breakfast. I enhance it with a small amount of margarine mixed in and some vanilla Ensure on top. I highly recommend it. And having automatic order once a month means I always have them at the ready.

I can’t stop eating these vanilla almond clusters..I had to order four more bags!

Snack shipped super fast and everything had an awesome taste. Will continue to use this company to purchase my desk snacks!

I finally tried NatureBox after hearing about it on basically every podcast for years. It definitely lives up to the hype, especially the aged cheddar lentil loops. I'm going to need a truckload of those.

NatureBox has an amazing assortment of snacks, and they are delivered quickly! I adore the plantain chips. As someone with a lot of food sensitivities and allergies, it's really helpful to sort by different categories like sugar content, gluten, and more. The labeling is exacting and provides the information easily both on the website and the packages that arrive.

I love Naturebox because I love food and I love snacks. So what could be better than healthier snacks delivered right to me?!? I have been intertwined with Naturebox throughout the years (I used to receive a mystery box every month), and have enjoyed almost every snack I have received. Definitely recommend this company.

Beware: deceptive sales practice and unethical company.

I bought a gift certificate for a niece over 2 years ago. Apparently, that process signed me up for monthly subscription (after a 14 day stealth free introduction).

I assumed it was something my wife had ordered and was sending it to her office. An odd silver lining to Covid... it made me ask her about it because she's working from home, not her office.

You'd hope a company would notice and be embarrassed if a "customer" spent 29 months paying for a service they didn't use. To make the scam worse, you're not actually buying a product with your monthly fee... you're buying "credits" which expire after 30 days.

When I contacted customer support they were unwilling to make the situation right in even the most trivial way possible. They thought it was appropriate that they profit from a customer who doesn't even know they are paying for their product.

It makes me assume their product is not very good if they have to take advantage of people like this.

Also discovered while trying to resolve this: There's no way through their website to REMOVE a credit card from their list of payment methods.

Also... when I logged in to their website I was able to see the list of all 29 charges with dates, etc. Then, WHILE speaking with a customer service person via chat, after they had said they "couldn't" do anything to help me, the option to view that history was suddenly disabled. The option was removed and I could no longer bring up that history to take a screen shot of it (and to see the details to understand how they kept charging what should have been an expired credit card).

Snacks are tasty and healthier than most others on the market. Ordering is easy and fast delivery.

I loved NatureBox's dried mangos... no sugar added. And their Carmel and White Cheddar Popcorn is a great mix. Plus, I appreciated their shipping time.
