I was suffering from extremely low B12, to the point that the doctors thought I had a problem with my liver as my red blood cells were so enlarged. It turned out to be a severe deficiency which I had been suffering with for a long time and that had made me quite ill. I didn't want to have injections and B12 pills weren't strong enough. I found the liquid B12 from Nature Provides last year, and have been taking it since. I just got my latest blood tests back and the doctor said to keep doing whatever it is that I'm doing because my B12 levels were high! Cannot recommend this enough! Thank you!

I’ve come to rely on Rachel and Gavin at Nature Provides to ensure that I’m buying the best Shilajit available in UK. I’m now also sourcing my B12 and D3/ K2 from them in preference to any other supplier. As a family business clearly committed to quality, I expect quality, but I didn’t expect a world-class website. They have a world class, or at least “fit-for-purpose” website.

I’ve had a subscription for Shilajit for about a year. I got a subscription because it saves a bit of money. There’s never been a problem with skipping a delivery or changing a delivery date. It takes a minute or two online to do that. Recently, I wanted to cause my next subscription delivery to occur as soon as possible, and I also wanted to add a bottle each of B12 and D3/K2, but I didn’t want to change the subscription schedule for the Shilajit nor create a subscription obligation for two additional vitamins.

Sounds simple, right? Well, it was simple. The website took me through that logic and did exactly that. Maybe that’s to be taken for granted, but Amazon doesn’t manage to allow that, nor does any other website that I have a subscription with.

What can u say such a good manner dealt with customer service and they sent me out a newly sealed shilajit via DHL and arrived in way better condition intact and unopened so definitely looking to leave 5 stars for the inconvenience.
