Soursop 1 month and still no delivery.

I purchased a bottle of Soursop drops on 12/29/24 and still haven't received it. The tracking provided shows that the package cleared customs but nothing further. Extremely disappointed.

1/21/25 I'm pleased to say my Soursop arrived today. I appreciate the company's response and their offer to try and resolve. Once I try the product I hope I'll be compelled to revise my rating again.

China Product-Cannot get product or refund

I placed and order on 11/28/24. I have requested refund over and over and to cancel the Order. They just keep sending emails and not cancelling. Product comes from China. Do not order from this company they are horrible. Finally got refund and order cancelled after logging complaint & writing review. Product ships from China. China product!

I ordered my product 3 bottles and it was over a month ago. I never received it! I 1st saw it was coming from China, then from the Bahamas and through customs. I heard from them that it was delivered. They lied and I would never recommend this junk to anyone. It's been over a month and nothing. They even charged $3.50 extra for safe shipping. Lying 3rd world POS!!!!!

I have purchased several bottles of soursop from Naturesours and the ingredients were as listed on the bottle
Graviola (soursop) fruit 300mg
Graviola (soursop) (leaf) 1500mg
Vitamin C 80mg

I received today 01/16/2025 two bottles of soursop from Naturesours that has a different blend and a very important missing ingredient. Here is what is on the ingredients list on the bottle itself.
Soursop 500mg
Vitamin B6 1.7mg
Vitamin C 20mg
Vitamin D 20mg
Why is one the most important ingredient (soursop leaf 1500mg) not in this product? Without it, it's not effective and a waste. I want a refund and some kind of information on how to get a refund scheduled so I can send this product back. To say I'm disappointed is and understatement.

We also want to clarify that the delays you’re seeing aren’t directly caused by us. They’re due to customs and local carriers, which, unfortunately, we don’t have control over. On top of that, as we’ve mentioned before, our product doesn’t come from China, it’s shipped from the Philippines, which is about 1,500 kilometers away. The reason China is the first stop is that it’s the largest and fastest international postal hub. It’s the most reliable way to ensure the delivery time of 8 days. That said, we’re working on improving our tracking system so that you’ll soon be able to see the journey starting directly from our warehouse in the Philippines. Ordered product on 31/12/24. I waited over the 14-day delivery and emailed that my order and tracking on Shop had not arrived or updated the tracking status since the order was placed.

I received a response the next day; however, it was from an outlook.com email address. This was the second red flag, as a trusted website would email from a hosted email address, i.e. @sournatures.com.au

Furthermore, the T17track link that was provided did nothing. It was blank and fake. Once I reviewed T17track, it reconfirmed that the whole thing is a big fat scam, and I will never see that money back.

I hate that these fake websites are allowed to continue, and I am so disappointed that I feel trap to another Facebook scam seller.

I ordered from this company on 12/18/24….still have not received. The company keeps assuring that it’s on its way, but one is unable to track its progress without downloading Shopify, which I did, but then you have to ‘scan’ a QR to open the tracking, which doesn’t work.
They ‘guarantee’ delivery within 8 days…it’s almost 30 days and still no delivery.

Fraudulent company no order received

Order placed on January 2nd, today is Jan 14, still no sign if my order and zero updates
Update: Jan 21 still no order. I do not have and cannot find a customer service number to call. I emailed more than once with no response. Still very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

I placed my order on December 16th

I placed my order on December 16th , had to download the SHOP app in order to track it. I came here and read the reviews after the fact and said ok I'll be patient even though it's tracking as if it's coming from somewhere in China it's actually not.
So i check the app today and it's saying the order has been completed. I've just sent off an email to find out what happened. I'll be sure to update this review when we come to a resolution.

Scam!

Ordered beginning of December and haven't rec'd anything yet. First, the tracker said the package had made it through US customs and was scheduled for delivery. Now the package is back in China!! I think it's a scam.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I fell for it. I ordered two bottles of drops on Dec 3 2024 for a friend who is going through chemo fighting breast cancer. It was a gift for Christmas

Well it never came and here we are, passed the month mark. I’ve written on their FB page many times because (they “can’t” access their messages) yea ok…I have been ignored. Not one acknowledgement or response.
I first gave them my order number. Then i continued to write on their page. Still ignored. A legit company would never do this, they would be apologetic and look into it. Not these POS ppl who steal from ppl, especially those looking for hope that it might benefit them.

Do NOT put an order in. They will just steal your money. They are scamming crooks. And don’t believe the positive bot comments. They are not real. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I ordered 2 bottles from this company…

I ordered 2 bottles from this company on Dec 17th and the product is still showing as being in China. First of all why is this product being shipped from China when it's meant to be a US company? Orders on their website are said to arrive within 4-8 business days. Another concerning thing is that I got an email immediately after my order offering me to be an affiliate - to promote this company and receive cash. They are asking me to support them without ever trying it. I'm worried that much of the claims made by their customers are not authentic given their promised incentives. Something doesn't feel right.

No product and no refund

This is the second company I have dealt with that ships directly from China and uses Shopify. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Placed an order on or about December 6th. Order took over a week to process and ship. Claim was made the item is being sent by barge. It took weeks. Landed in NY for customs clearance about a week before Christmas. Apparently, it was cleared on Christmas Day (not likely). Went another week. Heard nothing. I emailed again. Received a response the item was sent back to China due to damage. Now being told they are sending another item. Getting the runaround. I am not holding my breath. I probably won't see a full refund either, even though I requested one.
