I have used the WiFicam 2 with solar panel and the Helarctos trail cam for a while now and they are both fantastic! They are both so easy to use and both do exactly what it says on the tin! The images are great, much better than anything I've had before. Communication with the company is also great and the support is second to none. I cannot recommend Naturespy enough.

Following a query I made to NatureSpy via e-mail, I received an almost instant response from a lady called Alice; and she was able to successfully resolve an issue I was experiencing with one of my trail cameras.

I have now ordered yet another trail camera from NatureSpy, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My camera had stopped charging after trying different things I gave Nature Soy a call . Felix called me after leaving a message, he was really helpful and sorting a new camera without any issues. I would definitely recommend this company for it’s customer support

Ordered a replacement battery compartment. Response was quick, straightforward and efficient - what more does anyone need.

I’ve bought 3 trail-cams from here and have found the cameras and after sales support to be faultless. The Helarctos trail-cams have worked really well and captured great footage inc hare, fox, deer, badger and hedgehogs and even a bat hunting low to the ground and it’s very user friendly and the solar charging works. The Nature Spy2 is a also a fantastic camera if you want to watch it even whilst on holiday. Great footage and the updated app is even more impressive and seamless. If ever I’ve had a problem I’ve had a quick response from Felix who has given troubleshooting first and in the case where it still didn’t work, immediately sent out a brand new replacement no quibbles. I also appreciate the Co ethos and will always return here for my trail-cam needs.

Excellent firm. Extremely helpful. I had two cameras (both from Naturespy) that were basically worn out. Naturespy recommended the Helarctos Solar Trail Camera. Now I can download footage from the camera in my garden without getting rained on! Camera works a treat! Delivery was superb. Very helpful and good company to deal with

I have always had excellent products and service from Nature Spy. They answer any queries promptly and I cannot praise them highly enough for their helpfulness. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is third trail camera which I have used for wildlife observation in my suburban garden. Both previous cameras required taking files off an SD card. Being able to interrogate and manage the camera via mobile phone is so much more convenient. Set-up was straightforward and managing the camera via the app is simple. The image quality, night and day, is excellent.

If I had read the specifications more carefully before purchase I perhaps would not have been surprised by three 'niggles'. The lens is more 'wide angle' than I had expected producing distortion at the lateral edges of the images. The camera can not be accessed via wifi remotely, from a distant location. Also, the infrared emitters light up when recording. Our regular animals are now accustomed to it. My last camera emitted no visible light and I used it in the front garden where it doubled as a security camera while I was away from home. Although camouflaged it still got stolen. The IR lights give away the position of this one so I dare not use where it could be seen by strangers.

After two months of use I feel it is an excellent piece of kit for the price.

Just purchased the WildCam 2. It arrived yesterday. No problems getting it up and running. What a lovely camera, the picture in HD is amazing. The camera is a good 50 to 60 feet from my house and has been bought to overlook a pond that we are installing. However I am trialing it to oversee our call duck which is another 15 feet away from where the pond will be. Wow, what a lovely picture and so far so good with the Wi-Fi reaching down there. To be honest, it has exceeded my expectations which is more than you can say for a lot of things nowadays!

Ordered my Wildcam 2 and the tripod which arrived promptly and was easy to set up and use.
Easy functionality in the App and great picture quality on live and in recordings.
I sent a query via email and got a clear and concise reply within the hour.
In summary, great product and customer service.

Truly one of the best online business I have bought off in the past 5 years for customer service and support. I actually set an incorrect passcode and naturespys team wasted no time in getting back to me with a resolution. It took some time to teach the old dog, but one on of the team (shout out to Felix) had taken the time, we got it sorted.

Customer support and after case is option for most any business these days, but these guys are incredibly helpful.. no matter how stupid you may or may not have been

For the price, the quality of the image produced by the camera is probably as much as I could hope for, not brilliant but not terrible. For close range subjects such as hedgehogs it is pretty poor,

Nice bit of kit, feels solid and works out of the box. Set up and running with 10 minutes after charging up the battery! Already got some great photos of deer in the garden.

Camera does all that I was expecting it to do and more. Getting the camera to make friends with my iphone outside within the recommended distances is a completely different matter. Will keep trying. Date of experience is the first day of my attempts.

Bought the WiFi version 2 camera from NatureSpy and I think it’s superb. Robust, very long battery life and the recent updated software with identification software take it to another level. Tried a few other cameras in the past but this is way out on another level. Finally, I’ve read a small minority saying it was difficult to step up well in my experience it couldn’t be much simpler.

Quick delivery. Memory card provided put in, date set, existing batteries loaded and camera in position.
So easy. Images clear both day and night. Very pleased.

Very good camera, using it for our garden to pick up foxs, hedgehogs and birds. Connects really easily and can download to your phone and share. Been out every-night for around 2 weeks and the battery is 65% so lasts ages. Only thing I would say is it would be nice if it came with a ball joint for attaching to brackets etc as has the thread for one, but guessing thats more for a tripod perhaps. But would highly recommend and would def buy another. Great camera.
