Order not arrived, 10 days after shipping.
They put address in the U.S. or netherlands which is misleading. The order is being shipped from INDIA!!!

I attempted to place an order on the NavaFresh website on March 14, 2026. During checkout the website clearly displayed a message saying “Payment was not successful.”

I therefore assumed the transaction had failed and that no order had been placed. However, I later discovered that €63.21 had been debited from my bank account under the merchant name “NINTHAVENUE.”

When I contacted NavaFresh customer service, they confirmed that there is no order in their system, yet the payment was still taken from my card.

This situation is extremely concerning: a payment should never be captured if the transaction failed and no order exists.

I strongly recommend that customers be very cautious when purchasing from this website, as the payment process appears unreliable and potentially problematic.

Update:

Following my initial review, NavaFresh has since processed a full refund of €63.21 after confirming that the charge was due to a technical error on their side (payment captured despite the order not being validated).

The refund was initiated after follow-ups and is now being processed by the bank.

While I appreciate that the issue has been acknowledged and resolved, the initial experience was concerning — being charged without a valid order and having to chase for clarification is not acceptable.

I am updating my review to reflect the resolution, but I hope measures are implemented to prevent such situations in the future.

Total scam. Ordered a product weeks ago and all I get are these stupid emails saying they'll check on it. Didn't even get a receipt upon purchase. I don't expect to ever get the product. Should have read the reviews online, but they had an address on their site that said HK (where I live), so I thought it was legit. It's not.

I love the product itself, and shipping and price is extremely affordable.

The following of the order is perfect. The product is what was awaited.

Just a broker who orders from india..When i saw the product on the website I thought those items are stocked by them...But when it took 2 weeks to ship my product I understood it was getting ordered from India..More than 3 weeks to get the item i ls unacceptable..I can order it myself from India in that time line..
Good customer service though..but their the business model is sustainable as there will be no repeat customers..

I purchased the epilepsy supplement to assist my son with his Myoclonic seizures after the pediatric neurologist put him on (separately) 3 different seizure medications that did not assist him. In fact they made his seizures come more frequently, more intense and last longer. The doctor would not listen to me AT ALL, when I provided him with feedback about the outcome of the medication. He insisted that there was no possible way that the medication made it worse. His (counterintuitive) instruction was to double down on his current medication. I refused after trying it and it making the situation infinitely worse. I knew I had to find something that would help and my hope was to find something natural and without the costly side effects and worsening of my son’s condition. So far (we’ve only had him on it for a couple of weeks), we’ve noticed a reduction in the frequency of his seizures and severity and length. I am very hopeful that this supplement will be what we’ve spent years searching for. So far, we are incredibly pleased and fully intend on continuing him on this supplement. Thank you so much for formulating something that has been such an amazing positive impact on my son (8yrs) and his epileptic experience. My son came home and told me that he had NO SEIZURES during his school day and although he did have some while doing homework, I’ve absolutely noticed a huge impact on him in such a short period of time. Thank you for giving our family hope back!

I will use Navafresh again. And the Mig spray that I purchased seems like a good product. I ordered more already so I can give it a good 3 months to see if it works.
