Delivery time was very long but they did advise me it would be so no issue there. Great product with only one criticism... The hernia button it quite large and very solid... A nice touch would have been a half height one in with the belt. Yes I would have paid more

Purchased the product from them on 13 Oct 2023, the product hasnt been shipped even in a three days after. I've requested the refund in a couple of days after that, still waiting for my money. Same support person has been responding to my queries all this time with the same answer.
I've conducted a bit of investigation on them, sad results: the NZ address they advertise on the web-site is virtual, its used by many other businesses (suspicious fact by itself). Just enter it to Google search and you will see amazing results.
The most interesting thing is that NZ Herald published an article in 2014, about ISIS-affiliated web-site, used the different suit in the same building as mailing address ( just enter their address in Google).
No orders from them ever again !

Dissatisfied. Product arrived with tin completely smashed up. I love the tin I like to gift uncommon herbs to friends based on their health benefits so I usually like to support navafresh. The tin makes for a gorgeous gift because they are usually very cute. Normally, it is a thoughtful gift that come ls at an affordable expense, yet, has amazing affects for health and well-being.

Way too expensive!! 15 times more!! It was way cheaper to have the goods drop shipped. Didn’t bother buying from here.

Seems to be good quality product and timely delivery.
I wanted to give even better ratting but just because the product was not seal pack and label was also not applied to the container it feels bit dodgy product. (This triggers doubt like - someone might have refilled the empty container and put some peeled label in the packaging box along with refilled container.)
Hope your supplier improve packaging, which look more authenticate.

Made two orders of Rafaello chocolates, to go to different addresses, received confirmation on both orders but still have had no shipping update or arrival and it’s been almost two weeks now

Biggest scam. I have been tried calling these people on MZ Number which always went in voicemail and then disconnected. Deducted my money almost a month and have no further update for courier. If I try to track the link says to download new app which will be another scam for these people. I want my money back ASAP Otherwise I will.take legal action against you. You're running company in NZ and doing scam.to honest people another way to earn money. Big big scamDO NOT USE THESE PEOPEL.
