Paid â¬25, received nothing and no response
I paid â¬25 for a Mercedes navigation activation code. The payment was successfully received and my order remained stuck on âPayment Received â Your order is being processed.â
The website stated that the code is normally delivered within minutes, but I received no activation code and no email. I also contacted their support by email with my order reference, VIN and full order details, but received no response.
I eventually had to purchase the navigation code from another provider, which delivered a working code and allowed me to complete the Mercedes map installation successfully.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NaviCode Online. I paid for a digital product that was not delivered and received no support when I contacted them.
I will update this review if the company refunds my payment or resolves the issue.
