On my initial consultation I felt instantly reassured by Mr Jallali. He understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve and explained all the ups and downs of the procedure, so I felt prepared.

I officially found the courage to begin my breast reduction journey in May 2025, after contemplating it for years, most recently following the birth of my twins in 2020. Mr Jallali was one of several surgeons I researched online, but he was the first I chose to consult with.

From our very first meeting, though it may sound cliché—I knew he would be the one performing my surgery. I did have one additional consultation with another surgeon, simply to ensure I was making a well-informed decision. That experience only confirmed what I already knew, there was truly no comparison. Mr Jallali was absolutely the right choice for me.

My surgery date was set for 11th August (a day i will never forget), and honestly, the entire experience has been a pleasure, from the initial consultations, through the surgery itself, to seeing my results. The past six months have truly been a blessing, also allowing me to gain some confidence due to no longer gaining unwanted attention.

Mr Jallali gave me what I had always dreamed of - small, perky breasts. I went from an K/L cup to what is now likely a C cup (still officially unmeasured, as changes can continue for up to 12 months). Approximately 2kg of breast tissue was removed from each side. Wow!!!

Being able to order small bralettes and have them actually fit feels like a dream come true. I’ve spent hundreds, if not thousands, on bras over the years, and now I can honestly say that financially, mentally, and physically, I am free from the strain of being top-heavy, and not being able to wear nice little tops, or have options other than oversized shirts/t-shirts.

Dr Jallali is a great trustworthy surgeon and a lovely person, I completely trust him and you know you are not just getting your surgery but all the follow up necessary. His PA Debbie whom is also lovely is at the end of the phone for any concerns or questions. I am sure I could have gone else where for cheaper, but the saying is true you get what you pay for, I would and have recommended him and would not go anywhere else myself.

Excellent experience with Mr Jallali removing a large mole on my face. Great communications with his secretary Debbie. I felt in very good hands. Everything was perfect and on time. I had a mummy make over with a hernia repair and muscle repair. I am a mum of 3 young children and Mr Jallali has completely changed my life.
