Obviously nervous incase anything went wrong, I was more excited for the end results. The staff at the hospital were lovely during my one night stay. I can now wear makeup the way I wanted and if I do say so myself, I look and feel 10 years younger. They say it’s another few months before the end results show in full and I can’t wait. Procedure: breast implant removal (20 years) exchange, uplift and reshape/reduction.
I was nervous about this procedure as my breasts were very droopy due to pregnancy and age/reduced skin laxity. I wasn’t sure what could be done to improve the overall look and feel of my 41 year old breasts (with 20 year old implants!), and felt I was asking a lot of any surgeon willing to take them on!
I started by googling ‘best reconstructive surgeon in the UK’ and Mr Jallali came up on top; the reviews and testimonials were incredible, and Mr Jallali’s credentials are super impressive. I planned to meet with three surgeons before making a decision. However, after first meeting Mr Jallali, I immediately felt confident in going forward with him. Communication via the lovely Charlotte is super efficient and supportive, and the hospital staff on procedure day were amazing.
Mr Jallali came in to discuss my procedure before and after surgery and reassured me, latterly, that he was pleased with the results. I don’t know what I was expecting when I took my compression garment off a few days later, but perfect low profile C cups was not it! I still can’t believe how my droopy E cups were transformed into pert C cups - he is honestly a magician! Pain was minimal and I was back to work after 11 days. Nipple sensation returned almost immediately, and my breast tissue is soft and natural-looking. Scarring is also minimal and continues to fade. Nine months on and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mr Jallali is simply the best surgeon in the UK. Be reassured that you will be in the best hands for any procedure you’re planning.

The decision to undergo a major cosmetic procedure is not one to take lightly. The risks in terms of poor aesthetic outcome or injury, up to and including death, are real. It is essential to find a surgeon into whose hands you can confidently place your looks and your life, and whose professionalism and humanity you trust to see you through to full recovery - which for a major procedure is likely to be a year. I had a face and neck lift, and an upper and lower blephoplasty at the same time.
Mr Jallali was recommended to me by another consultant surgeon. In my research, I found that Mr Jalalli's qualifications and extensive experience both within the NHS in the UK, and in the medically hyper demanding USA were exactly what I was looking for.
My initial consultation confirmed this, with Mr Jalalli listening carefully, and being honest, direct and clear about the potential benefits, limitations and risks of the procedure I was considering.
I am delighted with the results of my surgery, made possible by the surgical skill, commitment to ongoing aftercare and interpersonal skills of Mr Jalalli. I am not planning any further procedures, but if I did, I would return to Mr Jalalli without hesitation, and in full confidence.

I would highly recommend Mr Jallali for any breast reconstruction surgery. Following multiple consultations with other surgeons, I came across Mr Jallali’s practice. As soon as I met him I felt completely comfortable and he is extremely knowledgeable which put me at complete ease. I had waterfall deformity in both breasts following a breast augmentation 9 years previous.

Mr Jallali recommended a two stage procedure, the first of which was explantation and a breast uplift which I had carried out in April 2023. The second procedure was a breast augmentation in February 2024. Following this, my breasts look better than they ever have and are exactly what I was hoping for! I would recommend Mr Jallali for any surgery and if I ever require any other form of surgery, I will not hesitate to return to him. His PA Charlotte does an amazing job and has always been on hand to help with any questions.

Thank you Mr Jallali. I had a terrible augmentation with a surgeon on Harley Street. The result of which ruined the ligament under my left breast. The impact of this was huge and changed my life negatively causing me immense discomfort. Mr Jallali was magnificent. He advised me and listened which is so important. I had a breast reduction. I had 800cc done with another surgeon, I wanted to return to a more natural look, I had a nipple lift and 460cc with a fat transfer. Mr. Jallali performed my DIEP flap surgery 4 months ago. I had previously had a mastectomy with an implant (by another surgeon), which became capsulated after radiotherapy. Mr. Jallali is calm and reassuring, and a highly skilled surgeon - you know it's good when nurses call other nurses to check out the neat scar, and my new breast is so much softer than I had thought it would be. My recovery was infinitely better than I had expected. Kudos also to Charlotte, who is highly efficient and understanding.

I have had previously had botox injections with Mr Jallali and I was so impressed with the results, I have opted for both botox and filler on my last visit. I personally prefer a natural look however I still want to see notable improvement, I received everything I asked for and both treatments exceeded expectations. My personal problem area is around lasting laughter lines and the beginning of jals, I'm pleased to say these results were instant and something that is worth investing in at the early signs. Botox as always is on point, I had suffered with frown lines. Super professional and relaxed experience, personally I did not suffer with any pain with application. Highly recommend!
