​I am writing this to warn both potential employees and customers about the internal culture at Navvi E Retail Private Limited. My experience here was defined by a complete lack of professional ethics from the leadership, specifically Nalin and Vidhi Poddar.
​Financial Mismanagement: The company frequently holds salaries without valid reasons. They also unfairly deduct personal wages for operational costs like portal shipping penalties, which should be a company expense, not an employee's burden.
​Toxic Leadership: The Co-founder, Vidhi Poddar, creates a manipulative environment, often misleading the ownership and fostering a hostile atmosphere. The behavior is frequently abusive and unprofessional.
​Dishonest Marketing: Be aware that many positive reviews for this company across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, and Trustpilot are manufactured. Employees are forced to write fake reviews to mask the poor service and quality.
​Poor Infrastructure: They do not have their own office space (shared facility) and offer zero benefits—no paid or sick leave.
​Avoid this company if you value your professional integrity or your money.

I agree with everything this reviewer has said... I am waiting for my so-called store credit! There should be a way to hold this fraudulent business accountable!

I just lost my money with these people. I ordered coord suit from Navvi online. They sent me the wrong size. One just cannot contact them easily and by the time we do manage to get someone to respond its too late as they only give you a 3 day window for exchange Only for the correct size but they won't do it. I lost on time due to their bad communication techniques. And then they only give you 3 days for exchange which is too unrealistic. How are they even in business?!

It’s a shit company. You buy and then they are least concerned. They don’t respond. They hardly care that you have some issue with your order.
I have received my order a week back but whenever m trying to raise a return request, it says “we couldn’t process your request as it is not fulfilled yet” What the hell ? The quality is the tunic is so bad so i wanted to return it. But my money is wasted because m talking to a wall.
Why do people start business when they don’t have the manner s and brains to take care of customers ?

Navvi clothes are nylon like and really poor quality material. Their customer service is non existing. it is not worth buying from them. please avoid.

Navvi is totally a Fake & Waste company. They Import Duplicate items and sell them like Branded one with huge prices.
*Owners Nalin Poddar & Vidhi Poddar, both are Fraud Marwari people.
*The most irritating thing is their Horrible After Sales Service. You will be frustrated while Return/Exchange.
*Never believe few Positive Reviews on this platform as those are given by their own people.
**Don't ever buy from them or u will loose ur Hard Earned money so easily.

Ridiculous services , poor quality, very bad customer service, dint refund my money inspitr of sending a damaged outfit

FRAUD Company! Don't purchase from NAVVI. Terrible Clothing, Poor Quality, No Refund, Rude Behavior & Phone Call rejected by Customer Care team. Very poor experience with NAVVI. Don't purchase from navvi.in otherwise you'll be scammed.

The company NAAVI appears to mislead customers by accepting orders and collecting full payment in advance, while failing to deliver the products within the promised timeframe. Despite assuring delivery within a week, orders remain undelivered even after a month.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame to customers by falsely claiming that they were unavailable at the time of delivery. In several cases, customers are neither informed about order cancellations nor provided timely updates. Moreover, the company withholds the payment and refuses to process refunds, causing significant inconvenience and distress to customers.

SCAM! SCAM!
Do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong and the quality is not good. I lost my money. Their return policy is garbage and you will never receive a refund. They are fraud company.

WORST EVER... THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PHONE NUMBER... WRITING TO THEM 15 TIMES, GOT A CALL BACK AND AGAIN VANISHED WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING FOR ... AND THEN THEY SAY THE ONE WHO SPOKE TO YOU IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR US ... PATHETIC.. ABSOLUTELY NO NO NO

Bought a dress for 1650 tht was not even worth 600..poor fabric and even design was not as shown as wS in pic..total wastage of money.

If there is a rating lesser than that is what I would like to give these cheats. Really bad quality of stiching and cloth of a Maxi dress shirt I ordered by being lured seeing their ad in Women’s magazine.
There is blue cord set which has a weird size , the problem is their size chart doesn’t state the waist size at all 😓😓

No one answers the god damn phone. Only excuses and no service recovery been done. I have wasted 10,000 on these cheats.

Bought 1 thing and could never get refund.tried so many products bad quality. No order update, no proper communication. Customer care never helpful.

Waiting for an exchange for more than 3 weeks. No response from naavi in team everyday excuses. Inspite of paying for exchange courier. Everyday false promises. Zero customer care. Avoid this brand

They are a fraudsters !!! Beware.
I ordered a garment which was very poor quality, asked for exchange since May 6th 2025, writing this review on 4th July 2025. They picked the garment and have charged additional money for shipping, which I paid. They have not sent the exchange piece nor refunded the money. Following up last 2 months.Their garments have no label, no quality, not even close to the image.

Please do not order from them, you will be scammed.

am unable to see the reply on facebook, they have given the credit of rs 2725 which I paid rs 3086. Rs 361 difference---- which they said rs 200 will be deducted handling charges,,,,, super fraudsters--- now they have blocked me

They do not have a refund policy, the pictures and actual dress received are different and , they charge 200 rs for return, also they do not have any refund policy, beaware , dont buy , they make cheap copies of dresses and sell them at exorbitant prices
