I do not recommend Navvi clothing. I had purchased a kaftan from them and it wasn't fitting me. I emailed them to tell them that I would like to return it. They asked me to pay and additional amount of rupees 150 for return or I will have to organised for return of the item myself. Not only that, the money would be refunded back to me as a credit note. I told them I do not need a credit note because I anyways cannot purchase their Kaftans since they will not fit me as I had purchase the largest size. But they kept insisting, that the refund will be given only as a store credit. I don't know what to do with the store credit refund because I cannot purchase anything from them and so I want the customers of Navvi kaftans to make an informed choice before purchasing. Also the material quality is decent but not that great for the price that they are charging.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend the website. Had a super fast delivery and all the updates were given in whatsapp.

Lack of Integrity

This company operates unethically by accepting orders and issuing store credit instead of refunds when there are issues with the order. They obscure their refund policy by hiding it at the bottom of their website, misleading customers.

Blocking dissatisfied customers from social media platforms further demonstrates their lack of integrity. Despite providing evidence of their actions, they deny any wrongdoing. Such practices raise questions about their ability to succeed in scaling their business

The worst Coustomer service. They take orders but deliver very late. Exchange offer is a scam. They don’t even respond to mails. Will never order from here again. Rip off.

I recently ordered two dresses from navvi.in, and the experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.

Firstly, the sizing was completely off. I received one dress in the wrong size (M instead of XL), which shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control on their part.

Secondly, their customer service was far from satisfactory. When I reached out to request a return or exchange for the incorrect item, they insisted on knowing reasons why I wanted to return it, as if it wasn't clear enough.

Their zero-credit policy and lack of business ethics are evident in their approach to handling customer concerns. It's frustrating that as a customer, I have to justify returning an item that was sent incorrectly.

I've shared pictures of the issue and communicated my concerns clearly, but the company's response has left a lot to be desired. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend navvi.in to anyone.

In summary, my experience with navvi.in has been marked by incompetence and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I would advise potential buyers to think twice before dealing with this company.

They are thieves. product listed at their sites are costlier than exact same product at other sites. Nor is product quality good. Worse purchase ever. STAY AWAY from THEM.

If there was a way to give zero i would. Ordered a product cod 3 months ago. Zero communication with the site on text or mail after that. Then Blue dart delivered the product - wrong product. No way to return because website doesn't even acknowledge the email ID or phone number. Horrible horrible scam thieves

Ordered a travel organizer...very happy with what i got

What a big fraud. I have ordered a steam iron from them which turned out to be a complete waste of money and after getting in touch with their customer service team they completely refused to return the product.I made a video to show them the ineffective product and still they commented for me to read the manual.
What a shame . This goes out to show the intent of the people running this website . Kindly never order from them
