I ordered the Azeala plant. It is not worth the money. Flowers very sparse. I ordered as an outside plant. Not happy at all. Good by nearly natural

I ordered 2 orchids from Nearly Natural. One arrived with the ceramic pot broken. The box they shipped it in was flimsy and the tape holding it together was coming off the box. Though they gave me a refund for the orchid they refused to give me a full refund so I had to eat the shipping cost even though I had no control over their shipping materials. In addition the orchid looked very cheap and far from being what could be considered “nearly natural”. The throat of the orchid looked painted on and looked like a child did it. The other orchid was PLASTIC! And looked plastic resembling something from a dime store. Due to poor packing it came crunched and I could never get the petals to flatten out. It was also returned. Again I was refunded the cost but not the shipping. This experience cost me a lot of money with nothing to show for it. In my experience Nearly Natural does not take responsibility for how their products are prepared to ship or the materials used.

The only way that these products appear nearly natural is if you are in a completely dark room. Not only do these people need to buy a flashlight, they need to buy a ruler. The 24 inch pink cherry blossom wreath measures 10 inches from one outside edge of the wreath to the other. I bought this through GMA and it is the second time that I have been disappointed with a product purchased through them. Maybe they also need to buy a flashlight and a ruler.
The flowers on the wreath look like they were purchased at the Dollar Store and the Swiss Monstera is pathetic looking.
I don't expect these people to be in business for very long.

I purchased 2 ficus trees, a 6 ft and a 3 ft. Both look very realistic and were easy to shape. I absolutely love them!

Bought a 5’ tree - looks totally fake

I bought the 3 foot artificial UV resistant boxwood. The height of the bush is 26 inches not 36. Also shape and fullness is not like the picture.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THEY SHIPPED 2 OF 3 ITEMS AND ARE INSISTING I RECIEVED THE ORDER IN FULL WHEN ALL THEY CAN CONFIRM IS THAT I GOT A DELIVERY. EVEN WHEN I SENT PICTURES SHOWING THE BOXS WERE NOT EVEN SUFFICIENT FOR THE THIRD ITEM. A VERY CONDESENDING EMAIL. DO THEY REALLY THINK I WOULD DO THIS FOR A FREE PLASTIC PLANT WORTH 60 BUCKS?!!! THEY DONT CARE, I MERELY WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.

This is the second time I ordered an artificial plant through Nearly Natural and had problems getting it in the mail. For some reason, their shipping program with FedEx does not work very well and I have been waiting forever for my plant (which, when you speak with someone from FedEx said it was already delivered!!). Poor customer service goes along with this review. The answers I received via email from Customer Service are curt and provided little help in my getting my tree.

Worst customer service, not sure why they are still in the business. I had to change address within minutes(exactly 3 minutes) of buying my plant and emailed the company right away I was informed that the order was far in advanced and cannot be changed. How is that even possible? If I can give 0 stars I will

I purchased large ferns from Nearly Natural because their website showed them displayed outdoors. After only a short time outside, the plants badly faded. When I reached out, the company told me the product was “not UV-resistant” and only for indoor use. Nowhere in the product description or specifications did it say “indoor only,” and the outdoor photos they used made it very misleading.

They’ve since removed the outdoor images from their site, which I appreciate, but it still isn’t made clear that these plants are not meant for outdoor use. Reviews they do publish on their site are overwhelmingly positive and often show the plants outside, while mine (which warned about fading and poor customer service) was never approved. That makes it hard for consumers to get the full picture.

I will not purchase from this company again and want others to know these plants are strictly for indoor use, despite how they are marketed.

Made several purchases, one mistakenly sent was for indoors, didn't know. Placed outdoors and plant changed colors, now it's blue. Nearly Natural wasn't at all helpful, basically said: "Sucks to be you!"

I ordered a tree for my second home. When I placed the order for the second home and pushed "order" it placed the order to my billing address which was the wrong home. I contacted them within 5 minutes of placing the order and got a response it was too late. The funny thing was it didn't ship until two days after my order. I was not there to receive it or return it.
I would be very careful if you have two homes! I will never order from them again.

I should have read the reviews before I buy. I bought a flowers arrangement for $100 plus tax and it’s not even close to natural.. the quality is poor I can buy something similar on Amazon for a lot cheaper. Warning ⚠️ do not buy!!!

I honestly have found much better quality options at dollar tree and hobby lobby. Quality was really terrible. Most of the petals were frayed, there were strings of hot glue clinging and strung around across the leaves, petals, and stems, some of the petals were torn, and some of the flowers missing petals. I purchased several different style orchids.

I think perhaps if the hot glue wasn’t strung across and tangled in things and the petals were frayed to the point some looked torn, they may have been quite pretty. But the poor quality of construction made it hard to gauge.

I tried three different styles but they weren’t one of the real touch kinds. Their advertising sounds so convincing I may give one of the real touch ones a try if the process of returning these trash orchids is easy.

Two stars is the best I can do. Purchased 6.5 ft Deluxe Fiscus Tree. After taking the artificial tree out of the box, it was not as full-looking as the photo on their website. There was a part of the tree where leaves weren't as plentiful and one of the tree stems appears to be short. I spruced the tree up by trying to cover that area, but I was unsuccessful. I do not have the time to wrap the tree up with string/wire, secure it in the box and stand in a line with a 7-ft box at Fedex to ship it back. I decided to keep it and stand it at an angle so others can't see the partial bare spot, but it is nearly impossible to do that. Those reading this may have better luck if they order from Nearly Natural, but I am not giving them another chance.

Not sure what everyone else is talking about, I had a great experience with fast delivery and high quality product. I will shop there again.

I was so disappointed with the quality..or lack thereof. The fern arrangement was plastic and ugly; the pothos was a very poorly done silk. Neither were realistic..nothing like the pictures. Don't waste your money on these cheap products.

If I could give Nearly Natural -5 stars I would! 1 star is not accurate. I spent $80 on a floral arrangement that the Dollar Store could have done better. Cheap, an inaccurate and deceptive picture! It was nothing like the pitiful arrangement I was sent. Save your money! Do not purchase from this company. A scam!

I ordered a 42” spathiphyllum and while it was beautiful, it was just too small for the space. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a return label. As soon as I dropped the package off at FedEx, I almost immediately received a refund. I ordered a 4’5” spathiphyllum instead and it arrived promptly. It is absolutely beautiful and I am delighted. I couldn’t be happier with the way customer service handled the return. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and their products are beautiful

Purchased 2 5' Pittispourm UV Resistant topiaries, and 2 3' Boxwood Artificial Topiary Tree. ONE SUMMER and the leaves of the pittiusporum were disintegrating. Mari from customer service was very nice, HOWEVER they would only give me a 35% discount on a future purchase, no refund or replacement (either would have been acceptable). Will never purchase a thing from them ever again. Very sad...
