I tried for several months to get my Neat to work. I finally called chat, and Lisa fixed it quickly

Responded quickly and corrected my issues with ease on me.

Once I was able to connect with Liza everything went super. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

took all the time I needed although I was already familiar with neat for many years but not the ne system. answered all my questions. He new the system very well. excellent experience for me!

She was excellent. Helping me with all my stupid questions. And of course fixing my problems.

My expectations were exceeded. The time it took and the patience to correct my issues was more than i could have asked for. The effort was excellent

Neat continues to evolve and improve. I'm happy to say Ive been using Neat since 2008 and recommend Neat to my friends and colleagues.

Lizza, the representative that assisted me was outstanding. She knew exactly what needed to be done and walked me through the process to completion. No question about it, if all your technicians are as talented as she is, you can rest easy.

Stephen, my representative, was very helpful. He was easy to understand. And very knowledgeable.

She solved my problem. Excellent service!

Liza did a great job getting my data from my old Neat software to the cloud based system. It took several days and many hours but she was patient and worked hard to make sure the data was accurately migrated.

Some initial delays in communication but they went above and beyond. Their issues are on keeping up with new Apple releases for their scanner drivers, but I think they have phased out of their own scanners. I only wish Neat made it simpler to scan receipts in via other scanners!
Hi! I see you think that Liza was able to install a scanner driver - that isn’t true. She was awesome in trying, but if you check with her, you will see it didn’t work. She stated that you all are aware that you don’t have a scanner driver that works with the latest OS for Mac.

Liza was amazing and helped tremendously, she was super patient. Without her I could of never migrated to the new platform.

I wanted to renew my subscription using a two-day-only savings code from Neat.com via email. Unable to make a purchase because Neat.com was not excepting
a savings coupon code. After several unsuccessful attempts to make a purchase, I decided to contact customer service. I made contact with representative "LIZA C." The problem that I was having was more complicated, multi-tasked, and time-consuming than was not even expected! Liza throughout the lengthy process session was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. It was necessary to be placed on hold several times during our session
and each time Liza advised of her intentions and made sure I had any questions or concerns. Liza was always professional and yet Liza was always friendly and made sure all my concerns/questions were answered and or resolved. Liza is one of the best reps I have worked with. Neat.com having employees like Liza will ensure them their current and future goals!!
