I was struggling to see small detail on my art and this handy tool popped up on my Facebook, I am in Australia it arrived quickly within a week and it's a game changer. No more eyestrain.

I had been looking for a magnifying head set that would fit comfortably over my glasses for my crafting projects and hoped the "Vision Aid Magnifying Glasses with 5 Lenses, LED Light, Headband - USB Rechargeable Version" would be a good solution. Unfortunately, I didn't find them quite right for me (highest magnification lens wasn't powerful enough for me and I couldn't get the angle right over my glasses), so decided to return for a refund. I'm in the UK and as they arrived so fast from a UK courier, I had assumed I could return them to the UK warehouse. I hadn't read the returns policy thoroughly where it is made clear that items must be returned to the USA. After emailing the supplier, I received swift and clear instructions from John on how to return my order. Transglobal express was the cheapest tracked method and that process was incredibly easy. My package arrived back with the USA supplier within a few days and my refund was processed immediately. I have no complaints - the product was as described, arrived quickly and the customer service good. It was my own fault that I didn't check the returns policy properly and I'm sure this product may well suit other users perfectly.

Airbrush broke when disassembled (spring fell off and impossible to reassemble. (it needs to be disassembled to clean it properly). Contacted them and they blamed me for breaking it and wanted me to pay for a replacement part! If they had replaced the broken part ($18) I'd have been satisfied, but they wouldn't. Return postage isn't worth sending it back.
It didn't work that well in the first place, wish I'd saved my money.
Worst customer service I've received for a long time.

Now they are saying I didn't buy it from them. Well I uploaded my proof of purchase to Trustpilot. This review wouldn't be here if I hadn't. Make your own mind up folks, but I wouldn't buy from them again.

I'm new to airbrushing - I carve birds from wood and wanted to improve the painting process but find the equipment is very costly , especially if I can't get the hang of it. I saw this airbrushing kit and the videos and reviews that supported the product, so ordered one with 2 batteries. When it arrived (very quickly) in perfect condition, I watched some videos on how to use, clean, dismantle safely etc. Then tried it out with heavily diluted acrylic paint on paper, and was very impressed how easy it is to use, and to clean.
I've yet to try it on a carving - but can't wait to give it a go!! I really suggest you watch the videos on the facebook page first, because keeping it clean is so important.

I bought the handheld compressor and airbrush, it worked brilliantly until it stopped charging. Neat and Handy responded incredibly quickly and sent me a replacement immediately. Cannot fault the customer service!

Bought the Powered Neat And Handy Airbrush with 2x 30min batteries.
My first experience with using an air for undercoating. I must say its done a much better than expected job. Very pleased.
One battery arrived faulty, but Neat And Handy still get 5 stars because one email with video attached, outlining the issue, John from their customer service team was prompt and easy to deal with in getting a replacement sent out to me.
Thoroughly recommend this product for those venturing in to airbrushes for the first time. 👍

The product arrived very well packaged and is of excellent quality. The lenses are very clear and well shaped, and the frame holds them comfortably whether I wear my glasses beneath or not. The LED light is extremely bright and white, letting me see what I'm looking at in detail with true colour. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

When I got my Vision Aid magnifier it was broken. They send me another one right away. Happy with the replacement, It works great.

I love this thing, I have been using it for 4 hrs today and it is a game changer I can see every battlemech so much better. As I Am getting old my eyes are failing me but this helps.

Shipping was extremely fast and Air Brush is great. I’m a new Air Bursh user and the ease of use for this is great for me.

The package arrived in one week, all is perfect. I bought both Vision Aid because there was a deal. The ones with batteries are a little heavy on the nose, but the rechargable ones are just perfect. Looks like the lenses need to be handled with care, but being a miniaturist I now how to handle delicate things. They will help a lot, I'm sure.

This is a fantastic product. I got it for painting miniatures. It has solid construction and high quality lenses that provide great resolution for even the highest magnification and are easy to change. Would definitely recommend to other miniature painters.

My order was a bit late.
But in the end is a great tool for my model building.
Sometimes small parts are not easy to work with and you need both hands free.
