I have had an amazing and unique experience with Ned Careers in seeking a Board role. They firstly sought to understand the level of expertise and experience I have in order to match me with prospective clients/Companies. Elmarie interviewed me for more than an hour and we agreed what roles I was qualified and suited for given my previous Board experience. As a result of that I skipped the online Board preparation programme because of my experience. I loved that. It showed me that their assessments of Candidates was thorough and they were not pushing everyone to attend their programmes.
