While we do use plain brown boxes to ensure safe and secure delivery, we appreciate that the unboxing experience didn’t meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our team as we’re always looking for ways to improve.

Please note that we do not include dress bags with our orders. As part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary packaging and improving sustainability, we aim to minimise excess materials while still ensuring your item arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've experienced.

I can confirm that once returns are received back at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. We completely understand how important it is to receive your refund in a timely manner and appreciate your patience while this is finalised.

If you need anything further in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care team if you have not already done so. They will double-check the status of your return and ensure this is moving along as it should.
