We are truly sorry for the distress and concern caused by the delay in processing the full return. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been — particularly for a first-time order — and it’s never the standard of service we strive to provide.

Thank you also for providing your order details. We can see that this matter has since been resolved, and that you’ve now received a follow-up email from our Customer Care Team confirming that both dresses have been refunded in full.

That said, we deeply regret that it took multiple attempts on your part to reach a resolution. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can review and improve our return handling process.
