Melissa Janke, Austin Lloyd and Brooke Lutz were all so amazing during my first home buying process! What would normally be a stressful experience was a very fast and easy process, even allowing me to close a week early!! They were all such rock stars!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I highly recommend Neighbors Bank, they answered every question promptly and always kept me updated. I would definitely use Neighbors Bank again for any of my loan needs.

My loan process with Neighbors Bank was far from straightforward. There were multiple moving parts and a few unexpected hurdles, but Josh Falke and Lane Blalock never missed a beat.

They stayed calm, professional, and proactive the entire time — constantly finding solutions instead of excuses. Communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt they were one step ahead, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

If you’re looking for a lender who doesn’t give up when things get complicated — who actually sees your loan through with integrity and determination — I can’t recommend Neighbors Bank (and especially Josh and Lane) enough.

The worst experience I have ever had. No one knows what the other is doing. Complete incompetence. They string you along with one mistake after another. Finally said enough and went to my Realtor for a recommendation.

As a first time home buyer Neighbors Bank made the whole transaction feel comfortable and stress free. The Loan Officer Ashley Mirth was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with integrity and confidence. The Loan Coordinator Mariah DeJonge made sure the paperwork was submitted on time and error free. I also can't say enough that the loan team stayed in consistent communication, which is what made this feel so stress less.
