I have purchased homes before, but never online and without physically being able to see the people. Working with the team at Neighbors bank was a great experience. I work overnights so getting to a normal brick and mortar bank is difficult at times. They made it easy to do right from my phone on my time. When I had questions they were quick to respond with answers. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Amazing team all-around. Melissa, Abbie, and Bailee were incredibly helpful to work with. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns and got the home loan through approved.There was some initial concern we might not be able to close when scheduled given some delay in loan team receiving some information, but they stayed on top of it and I was able to close two days earlier than expected.I'd definitely enjoy working with this helpful team again in the future, and highly recommend them!

Although our Neighbors team got it done and we are now in our new home, there were times that I felt uneasy with how some comments were made to me regarding my trying to get a point across regarding my issues with obtaining needed documents.
