Neils Fabrics レビュー

Prompt delivery and good , inexpensive fabrics make this a great site. Shame internet ordering will not continue after this month

Fabric cut straight and folded nicely for posting meaning it is usable straight away . Thank you

Brilliant service as usual. Great fabric at good prices.

Always great service. Good fabric at great price.
Thank you!

I was very impressed, I placed an order on Friday morning and it was delivered Monday, couldn't have asked for a better service, thank you.

I’ve shopped at Neil’s market stall for years. I don’t drive much now and found it helpful to order my fabric on line. This parcel arrived quickly and the fabrics are just what I wanted. Many thanks .

Great service, great fabric

Brilliant fabric and quick delivery would recommend

I needed a variety of fabrics this week, for work purposes.
I’m not a regular fabric buyer and so visited the usual big name retailers and couldn’t find anything remotely as I needed or staff that could offer sensible advice.
I found Neil’s Fabrics on an internet search and visited today, what an amazing shop and staff!! They had all that I needed, were really so helpful in advising particular choices/sizes and the pricing was phenomenal!
A real throw back to specialist independent retailing!!
What a little gem of a shop, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!!

Absolutely appalled at the way this company treat their customers, by making accusations.

The lady in the store needs to improve her customer service skills. Not the first time she’s been rude. She has been very rude on a number of PREVIOUS occasions.

It’s a shame that no one has reached out to apologise.

Check out the tone of their reply to this review, and then ask yourself the question about the standard of their customer service.

They also cancelled an online order because of their vindictiveness and appalling customer service.

The best fabric shop for mikes around. Just bought four pieces of fabric for £12.50
2m stretch velvet
3m heavy cotton
2m cotton mix
Amazing
Great service how anyone could ever complain about the prices
3m cotton mix

Shop had two prices on fabric, difference less than a pound ! Would not sell at lower price despite already cut bearing in mind I had spent £10 online and a further £5 in shop that day, gesture if goodwill would have been nice to keep customer satisfaction . Lady behind me also queried a price she was charged ! UPDATE - In response to the company reply - your label did actually fall off onto the floor as wasn’t attached properly , rather than leaving on the floor I picked the label and put it on the shelf . Maybe be more vigilant when you leave old labels on your fabrics Will not use you again all for 60p and certainly won’t recommend you again. Customer service apppalling !!!
