I never singed up for this service, the first I knew about them was when my bank messaged me to ask if I authorised the debit card payment.
If you've been charged contact your bank immediately and stop your debit or credit card.

Never, knowingly signed up to this service, which I would never use anyway - Suddenly got a notification they were taking £39.99 out of my bank account - Contacted the bank immediately can cancelled the transaction!!

Never heard of them but trying to take money out of my account. Reported to bank

Ive had money taken out of my account absolutely disgusted I want the money paid straight back into my account immediately

Took money out of my account no way did i ok this i was just checking out washing machines. As soon as this has gone through I'm going to contact bank this is fraudulent behaviour

I noticed my banking app said this company who I've never heard of is trying to take £39.99 from my bank account. It's pending at the moment but im 100% certain this is some scammers trying to steal from me. I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow

Scam. Like everyone else they want to charge me £39,95 for some reason. I don’t remember signing up for this. Cancelled the subscription, but will be contacting my bank.

Also been scammed by trying to download the ring go ap for parking. Bank wouldn’t refund me but thanks to these reviews I got the info I needed and am able to make another claim

DEFFINITELY a Scam - I didn't authorise any payments and they have tried to take 39.99 from me. No confirmation Email or text. Bank informed and although I have 'unsubscribed' not sure it will work. Bank says they may be ablle to refund after they have taken the money! We will see.

I done a 3 day trial for 99p and didn't want it they have taken £40 out my bank unknown to me I want my money back

This caught us friday 5th july 2025 at key west car park paignton devon. with an attachment to ringgo car park charge.
credit card company informed us as potential scam

Looks like a similar experience to others. I am being debited £39.99 a month from my Bank Account for a subscription I have no knowledge of. The transaction when processed said it was authorised by my digital wallet. Checking my wallet there is no reference to this transaction. I contacted my bank who told me to raise a dispute with the retailer , however at the beginning of June there was no trace of Nemblix on the Internet. Now there is a Nemblix.com website, where I tried to unsubscribe, but it did not recognise my email details. Now I have another pending transaction of £39.99 which I am trying to resolve with my Bank, who cannot act until the transaction is actually debited from my account. Arrrghh!!
Update my bank have now refunded the rogue transactions and put a block on future ones to Nemblix.

This company is a scam as others have reported. Avoid them at all costs.
