Extremely rude receptionist. The woman is horrible. Won't come out of the office to talk to you, would rather shout at you from another room! Didn't listen either when trying to book an appointment... もっず芋る

Really good communication with reminder texts for your diary. Clean, professional entrance. Receptionist is very kind and polite. Staff are very funny and put your nervous kids at ease yet will polite... もっず芋る

Trying to book an appointment is almost impossible here. Numerous emails sent with no reply back. Back scheduling and after my daughter whom should have had her braces removed in November finally got... もっず芋る

Very good experience

Very good experience. All staff are polite, helpful and kind.

The only slight downside was that you can’t arrange a mutually convenient appointment time when you are there. They send you out an appointment time and if it’s inconvenient you have to call to change it, which delays things by quite a few weeks.

Just had the braces off today

Just had the braces off today. The whole experience has been really good - everything was always explained clearly, appointments were efficient, and the staff really helpful, patient and gave excellent care and advice. Very happy with the final results now the brace is off too!

Happy smiling twins

Both of my twin daughters had their braces done by Mike and he’s team. I can’t recommend them enough, both my daughters teeth are now amazing, one of my twins had her braces on for 13 months, and the other had them on 21 months, and they are really happy, and they can’t stop smiling, thank you all.
