I just enjoyed the chairs.

I received the goods in good condition

I WAS SENT THE COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER THEN HAD TO WAIT FOR IT BE PICKED UP NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ALSO FOUND THE SAME ITEM HALF THE PRICE ELSEWHERE.

ive had one of the gaming chairs for around 5 months and already the footrest is broken, both armrests dont hold my arms because they just wave around, the backrest is slightly tiled to the left and broken, the gas that lifts the chair up and down makes a loud bang when i sit on it at max height, the usb cable that is meant to be plugged in for the "massage" pillow gets wrapped around the chair and stops it from moving, and the massage pillow is just a tiny pillow that vibrates
Edit: The foot rest has completely broken off now.

One week ago I ordered a gaming chair through Amazon as Neo direct being the third party company, it was as amazon prime which meant in two days ill be getting my parcel, they were trying to gaslight me into thinking they did have dispatch the chair to DPD when in reality i called DPD and Amazon and both said that isn’t true, i called Neo Direct and asked me for a screenshot proof through email then hung up, 5 min later i called and i got told that they will get back to me and i immediately said that i want an answer now not in 2 days, proceeded to say “its been delivered to DPD” when once again its a lie, horrible costumer service, liars and gaslighters. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Bad and good. My cantilever parasol arrived in a battered box with holes in and looked like it had been superficially sellotaped up and opened before. The parasol was broken and could not be put together. I complained to Neo Direct and they offered to replace it immediately once I'd bagged it all up again. No form of real apology or compensation. Lots of hassle for me but at least there was no quibbling over their very poor product/delivery and subsequent replacement. Your choice if you want too use these guys.

Very quick delivery

Bought a Neo pressure washer a long time ago. Have lost some attachments and wanted to buy from them. Apparently couldnt help me because I cant prove when I bought the item despite the fact I want to BUY the attachments from them. Advised me to throw my Pressure washer away which is laughable since it still works!!! Forget it.

Good product and prompt delivery.

Excellent service. One minor issue but dealt with very quickly. Took a while to assemble but worth it in the end. Good idea to include some tools with the kit and I was impressed with the double ended screwdriver.

I bought a pressure washer & while putting it together I assembled it incorrectly & the lance couldn’t be used. I contacted Neo Direct for advice & they’re sending me a replacement F.O.C, what a fantastic company with fantastic customer service!!!
